The Good: We went through the drive-thru, and the employees were pleasant and efficient. We had gotten our food within five minutes. I had two spicy chicken deluxes and an order of fries. The spicy chicken sandwiches were delicious, especially with the chick-fil-a sauce. The Bad: The fries were decent. They were not the best. To make this a perfect, meal the fries need to be adjusted. They tasty sort of oily. Judgment: Ultimately, my experience here and the food was great! I recommend!
Ordered a grilled chicken club on a gluten free bun. Was told the bun would come separate, with everything else in a tray. The “everything else” did not include the chicken, only lettuce, cheese, tomato, and bacon.
I get chick-fil-a at least once a week and today after I enjoyed my meal I wanted to drink my milkshake. As I was drinking it I came across this plastic string in my mouth. I usually never leave comments but I just wanted to let this be known because if a kid would have swallowed it o came across it they would have probably choked.
Best Chick Fil A branch I’ve been to so far. Everyone was soooo welcoming and kind. The food was fresh and delicious as usual! I just had to post this 5-star review because of the amazing service I got. I ordered the spicy chicken deluxe meal, with a frosted lemonade smoothie, and it was very filling. I recommend getting the smoothie after the meal, because it’s very heavy drinking with the burger. All in all, I had a great experience in this branch for my first meal ever in Baltimore.
Great experience with Chic-fil-A. The food was great. Although there was an extremely long line they use a system that gets you served in such a timely fashion that you are not there long enough to become impatient. The staff was well trained and courteous it was a pleasure to patronize this business.Food: 5/5

I have been stopping by this Chick-fil-A when I'm in a rush and need to eat something. Their staff is always polite and well-mannered, and always has gotten my order right - Spicy chicken sandwich, waffle fries, medium Coke and 5-pc nuggets. They are all trained well and their food takes great! The drive up wait line is long occasionally but they move the cars through pretty quickly.
This fast food chain used to be great but now i have to share how low quality of service it became. No one cares about what you order and all of these young unqualified employees look like they hate their lifes.. as a owner of a company if i ever heard that i wouldve fired them all and hired older employees that actually need and want a job and are proud of what they do unlike these people there

Worst experience at this location today, December 23rd. Placed my order in-store, went to pay with Apple Pay, and there was an error with their POS system. At their request, I attempted to pay 8 more times, including walking outside to try the drive through POS. After waiting for 15 minutes, a manager proceeds to tell me there’s nothing they can do. “You can go to any Chick-fil-A and they’ll have the same issue, so idk what to tell you. I can’t just comp you the food because then I’ll have to do it for everyone.” Instead, they recommended I send money to one of their employees to buy the meal for me. “We’re trying to make this easy for you.” There’s no way this is what a company policy would recommend. Icing on the cake - a serving of attitude around why they couldn’t comp the meal. FYI the average franchise location brings in $5M annually. Why nickel and dime me for 1 order? By the time I left, they made it seem like I was the one being difficult I witnessed several eye rolls and side comments. Whoever the manager is, please address this with your team.
