Chick-fil-A

This location is usually great. I often get breakfast and lunch here and they are a pretty solid team. Sometimes I go into work very early and you can tell they are still warming up with cooktops but any other time of the day you can expect great quality food.

I’ve been a frequent customer at this location, and have enjoyed coming here until recently. I ordered a Nugget Meal and a Cobb Salad, but hadn’t gotten to the Cobb Salad because the Nugget Meal was quite filling. This morning, upon eating my salad, I wanted to warm up the chicken prior because it was cold from the day before of placing it in the fridge. Upon doing so, I found a few pieces that were pink in the center - clearly alluding to raw chicken. I returned back to the store, and inquired on possibly getting a new salad. The lady that helped me specifically asked if I wanted “To replace the chicken” or “To get a new Cobb Salad all together” - as she proceeded to toss the salad around, checking for the raw pieces. I’m not sure why I had to choose considering the apparent cross contamination, but I had told her I wanted a new one, being that raw chicken was in the salad and I didn’t want to risk any chances of salmonella. I received my “new” Cobb Salad, only to realize it was the same one that I had returned prior because the bottom of the salad box was distinctly cold in temperature just as it was when I took it out of my fridge. The only difference was that there was now a set of new chicken on top. I’m not normally one to leave a review or return for a comp but this seemed necessary as salmonella is not just a minor tummy ache. I was upset to see that this particular staff member was alarmingly dissatisfied upon bringing this to their attention, as if it were my wrong doing. I’m also upset that I received the same salad after she had tossed around the raw chicken further contaminated the salad while asking if I wanted a new one.

I have to say this place was really good. I had already had my mind set that I will be on a long line to place and pick up my order. But when I was walking in an employee Mykia was taking an order to a car she was truly nice. Then she took my order and we chatted briefly because I thought there were going to be long lines and she told me I came in at the right time but gave me the times it's super busy. To me this was a plus. No Long lines, my food came in no time at all, just upset with myself that I didn't order large fries but I guess it wasn't meant for me to have them. I have to say I would recommend this place and I would return back while I am out here doing business.

Worst customer service I have ever seen from Chick-fil-A. The owner told me directly they will keep treating us like thieves and if i don’t like being treating like I’m going to steal or rob them I should never come back. I tried to express they are making me uncomfortable as a customer and was told don’t come back then. Being a customer at this location feels like prison lunch line, I feel lucky I made it out alive. The owner stood up in my face along with management and treated me like a criminal. Then said I would not have a problem being treated this way unless I was a criminal. Please never EVER go here. Ever. #racist

DONT EAT HERE!!! I was eating my salad today and found a piece of CARDBOARD AND I SAID CARDBOARD and not a little piece in my salad if I could give this place negative 5 stars I would !!!

I order a grill chicken with medium fry and lemonade..... Instead of receiving one piece of whole chicken on the sandwich... there were two small pieces of grill chicken on the sandwich, which made the sandwich sloppy. Also instead of setting the fries up in the bag... The fries were laying down, which cause half the fries fall out of the box. The only good thing about the order was my drink.

Perfect on all points! Good food service and clean. Hotels are walking distance.Food: 5/5

Every time I order at this chickfila it’s 30+ minutes and then I go in and they have my order just sitting in the back. I’ve gotten orders where I ordered strips and got chiknminis instead, I’ve ordered spicy deluxe sandwiches and got regular chicken sandwiches no toppings. This place is 100% incompetent and I’ve never experienced such awful service from a chick gil a

Always the best. Customer service hot or on the cold never fails. Those young people I hope are at least making $15/ hr they are the bomb!! They just be smiling and its freezing! Kid-friendliness: They retail rep are so patient and quick. Line is long but they keep it flowing.

This place is not always packed like so many other Chick-fil-A's. Quick in and out. Staff is always friendly and helpful. The place looks clean and organized. Will visit again when I'm in the area.Food: 5/5
