Subway makes sense at times because it is not as good as a deli, but with a coupon it is not as expensive as a deli either. Without a coupon you are paying for terrible meat, and mostly a lot of bread. @ 9$ Or more for a sub I have to go elsewhere to a local non franchise where the quality matches the price. This place does not accept coupons.
This was the worse meatball sub I have ever had. It was cold and I didn’t get the sub toasted. When I called the subway and talked to the manger about it he said it was cold because I didn’t get it toasted. I said to him that the meatball should be hot weather the sub is toasted or not to which his reply to me was a dial tone because he hung up the phone. That’s is the main reason I personally will not return to this location. I can understand having a bad sub but to lie to me and then just hang up on me is disrespectful.
If I could give Zero Stars I would. On multiple occasions at this location, they have denied my coupons. I traveled around the corner to another Subway who gladly accepted them. I have been embarrassed by the gentleman behind the counter, making a big deal of it in front of other customers. Today as I walked in the door, he loudly proclaimed,"What coupons do you have today?" This occured before I even presented them. No greetings offered by him. Often very rude. After multiple coupon refusals, I have noticed they have gotten lean on my fixins. I will be going a few blocks further to get my subs. He should be thankful for customers especially after this pandemic, but obviously he is not.
So ordered through the app today. Got there when my subs were to be ready. I walk in and go to the counter. The guy there didn't say one word to me. I waited at the counter for maybe 30 seconds before he pointed to a bag sitting by the counter. No hi, no thank you, no have a nice day. He was too busy talking on his phone to say anything or do anything other than point. I won't be going back to this Subway again. The subs were right, seemed a little skimpy on the meat, but whatever. Good customer service is what makes a business succeed. Apparently they don't know about this here.
Won't be doing business here anymore. THEY DO NOT ACCEPT SUBWAY COUPNS. So no need for Subway to be delivering coupons to my address in the future
This Subway is a bit quirky. All of the employees are non-native English speakers, but it is rarely crowded so you can enjoy peace and quiet while you eat in the store. They tend to be a bit stingy on the vegetables, so make sure to ask for more.
Donna today 11/14/2016 made the best sandwich I have ever had at subway yet. I'm a Southwest Airlines employee and we eat in a lot of places but my experience here was awesome. Thanks Donna. Guys ask for Donna she is the best.
I called the day before I was planning on placing an order and was told they would be open until 8 pm on friday May 01, 2020. So I placed an order on Friday for pick up at 7:45 paid online. I get to the restaraunt to pick up my order at 7:44 and they are closed, lights out no one around at all! I tried calling of course no answer. I will be calling tomorrow to have the charge refunded and placing a complaint with corporate. I'm done with this location.
Fresh bread and the type of meat they use is low calorie but at the same time has a great taste. I always get double meat and subway only charges an extra 2 dollars to double the meat so I double the protein and only half the carbs
Always have a good experience at this particular subway I visit regularly. Staff is very friendly and professional. Sandwiches are made to my exact liking and fast. Overall 5 stars
