Every since the chicken was changed to chicken treated with antibiotics, I always have nuggets I can't eat. They have gristle and or just not edible. This has happened in at least 4 occasions. I never left a review about it because I had planned to not eat it anymore. I was eating it every morning for awhile but now it's just not the same.
Seriously, Chick-fil-a?! This is THE most pitiful bacon & cheese biscuit EVER! Y'all ought to be ashamed... Delicious ass biscuit cheese biscuit w/ one lil strip of what they calling bacon SMH
There needs to be a message in the app and online that states you cannot get breakfast despite ordering it BEFORE breakfast time ends because you arrive 2 minutes after 10:30. I submitted the order well before that time. So much for impeccable customer service, right?Food: 1/5
Train your drive thru people to listen to customers when they order. I’m so tired of asking for a specific amount of sauces and them nodding to my face and not entering it in with my order. That is incredibly rude. This happens so often here. Today I asked for FOUR chik fil a sauce for my kid’s TWELVE count nuggets, AND a couple of the honey mustard bbq packets for my sandwich. She put 2 chik fil an and 2 regular honey mustard on my order. Now that I’m home, I find out. You all are so hard up for money that you can’t actually give the customer what they ask for but smile to their face as you willfully ignore the request? You all have an option to charge for extra sauces if you feel the customer orders to much, so why is that not the standard procedure? Next time one of your dt workers does this, I will be pulling back around to address it with them directly. Since you all won’t.
I went to this location on Labor day because on the app all of the other locations said 8 am and this location said 6 am. Arrived at 6:30 am and the location was not opened. In the few mins I was there 6 other cars were there and some even sat at the window. I wasted my time and gas next time update accurate hours on the app if they change. This location is also infamous for putting sauce packets in your fries and filling it up 3/4 of the way.
When you walk into a Chick-fil-A at least one employee will say “Welcome to Chick-fil-A.” However, no employee said this to us; but the senior citizen lady working in the lobby was attentive to our drink refills. We had 1 Chicken Sandwich meal, one 8pc Grill Chicken Nuggets meal, and a Spicy Chicken Deluxe with pepper jack cheese. My Spicy Chicken sandwich wasn’t really hot; you can see that it wasn’t hot enough to even melt the cheese. This sandwich is good; WHEN IT'S HOT.
My wife and I went to eat in at the restaurant around 9 pm. The staff had barricaded the door and glared at me. My wife and I worked at CFA and have never seen this kind of service at a CFA. We understand the need to clean and do closing, but there is no need to be rude and disrespectful. We didn't even know the store closed their dining room early. This didn't used to be the restaurant's policy. We needed to get dinner, so we ordered in the drive thru. Two young men had to order in the drive thru as pedestrians and then walk behind our car to get their food at the window. We feel this is a huge safety issue and were concerned a car might not see them and accidentally hit them as it was at night. In our opinion, CFA should not put their customers in this position and should not allow pedestrians in the drive thru, especially at night.
I love coming to this location, it's fast and convenient. Today I felt the need to give a shout out to the girl who took my order at the drive thru because she was patient and attentive and even recommended I get a milkshake. I didn't get her name but my ticket says "team member: Iry". Very pleasant experience, and the food was delicious, the fries freshly made. Overall 5 stars service
I am so disappointed in the service I received from chick fil a, this was the worst experience with this restaurant I have ever had in my life. I ordered a Cobb salad and was not told they did not have egg which was not known until we got home. I called and spoke with supervisor Andrew who told me there was nothing he could do because I got food… I said I don’t understand I have not eaten anything and want to bring it back he said again although the customer service person did not tell us they ran out of egg he could not help me because they have already given us food and there was nothing he could do. How rude!!! So you’re telling me that although you did not tell me that you ran out of eggs for the Cobb salad I still have to eat it?!? Andrew has the worst customer service I have ever received at a chick fil A and I am definitely calling corporate!!!! This location needs to do better! Andrew needs training and maybe a new job because management is not it for him. He does not have the “ My Pleasure” attitude that I am used to….. Very disappointing!!!
Alrighty, we ate here for lunch as a family. You really can't go wrong with Chick-fil-A. I would rate it as one of the best fast food places. There really isn't another place that beats it's chicken sandwich. A little on the expensive side, but they are large and really delicious. Plus they have a fast service and a double drive through. If you eat inside they do have a play place, but its not much.
