Wendy's

Found a little gift of mold on my food and and there was a Little Rock on my fries but I didn’t care care and threw it away but when I was eating my baked potato my little grey friend greeted me with a wonderful smile definitely recommend if you wanna for the next day from food poisoning or something

DO NOT go to the Wendy's off Outer Loop in Louisville. We have tried going there 4 or 5 times since it's near our work and cheap. Every time we end up waiting longer than seems necessary and the orders are wrong. Do yourself a favor and just try the Kroger across the street as I'm sure you can make a sandwich better than the ones they are capable of making.

I think this may be the worst Wendy's I've ever visited more than once. The two times I've been here were awful. The first time I waited 35 minutes in the pickup stall to get my food. It became obvious they absolutely weren't going to serve me, so I waited in a packed drive thru to then get my order at the window. The second time, I ordered online, selected the drive thru for pickup, and waited nearly 10 minutes at the box before moving to the actual window unprompted. I waited an additional 15 minutes without signs of life, where I was then told they close at 6pm. I had gotten there at 5:30pm. The store was open and the employees were all outside. I had been charged for my meal. This store is notorious for keeping their dining room closed, though they indicate it is open, and - as evidenced above - closes entirely without notice. Wendy's is one of the worst fast food restaurants in the US with respect to service, but this one should be the gold standard by which all other franchises are judged for poor service.

Please update your hours. Sometimes you're open past 5 pm. Sometimes you're not. It's very frustrating never knowing you'll be open or not until we get there. Won't be coming there anymore. This has been going on for over a year. Prior to that, this location was our most frequented Wendy's!

I wouldn't even give a 1 star rating!!! They never get orders right. I told my son not to order Wendy's from door dash because its not a good store to order from. He did!!! We got our order and all of our nuggets were spicy we both have reflux and don't eat spicy and we were missing the dipping sauces. We were also missing a large fry. I call the store. The manager was speaking to people in the background not even listening. When I told him the order was wrong he said "we told the dasher that all we had were spicy nuggets". I said the dasher isn't the one eating the food. He kept saying he told the dasher. Then I said what about the fry that was missing. He said contact DoorDash. I'm completely done with this location and I will be contacting the general manager!!!!!!!!!!

I mean wow. I ordered a biscuit and gravy combo, and a French toast stick combo, no fork, no straws, no syrup. This place is a literal joke. Who ever the DM is now needs to reconsider a different job. The lady at the window was extremely rude and smells heavily of marijuana. I am appalled. I worked there 5 yrs ago and this would not have happened when I was working there. Unfortunately Wendy’s can’t afford to pay me what I’m worth. This is what happens when you hire everyone and their momma off the streets.

Sat in drive thru for 20 minutes. Car that was at speaker was yelling for someone to respond for at least 5 minutes. It was clearly open as 2 cars were at the window getting their order. Based on other reviews this should probably be fixed by getting competent staff or just close this location.

Walked into Wendy's about 2:30 pm 1/19/23. Waiting to place order. Lady was leaving for the day. She said someone will be with you. She told another lady to go in back and get someone to come and take my order. She came from the back and walked past me and didn't say a word. I asked her was someone coming to take my order, and she said nothing. Asked her again she said yes with an attitude. Guy came from back with the cash register drawer and put it in cash register. Never said a word to me. Ask another employee a question and went to the front door I guess looking for the employee that left. I went to the door and told him I'll take my business somewhere else because they act like they don't want to wait on me. He never said a word held the door open and went back in. Wendy's on outerloop across from Applebee's close the Wendy's down. Whoever owns it should close it down. I won't be back as long as those 2 individuals are working there. The service inside is horrible. CLOSE IT DOWN, SERVICE IS TERRIBLE

this location doesnt even need a star. we sat in the drive thru for soooo long an finally when we get to the speaker. it was another long wait. no one acknowledged us or anything. after about 6 minutes we said hello, still nothing. then as i was pulling around they said someone will be with you. well i was half way around the building. so i pulled to the front window. the lady/manager who ever she was would Not even wait on us. she said we had to pull around an wait again. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK, nor will the company i work for

Food is great people that work there are young and hear cursing they play around alot. I went to order and a couple of workers were letting friends of there's cut threw a long line I said something about it and I was just laughed at and attitude problems. Wendy's has gone to the dogs.Food: 3/5
