Chicken Salad Chick

I've not had much chicken salad in the past, but this place was remarkable. I had a fruity chicken salad blt. it was fantastic. Also food was served very quickly

Seems so many are enthralled with this chain but I only find the food average or a little better, at most.

tried to call multiple times to place an order ahead like I usually do and they would answer and hang up…. very rude. I would understand getting put on hold but I could hear the background of the store and then they’d hang up. One of my favorite places to eat but I won’t be eating here again terrible customer service.

Service was great. The food just isn't good at all. Everything is pretty flavorless. Not just this store, but all chicken salad chicks are generally bad.

Ordered two sandwiches with no tomato. There was tomato juice soaking the bread and tomato seeds and pieces on the bread as they have just peeled it off. Tried to eat the sandwich anyway, and there was a plastic bread tie inside the sandwich. Unhygienic and sad. Lucky that nobody had an allergy to tomato as well.

Clean restaurant, friendly staff, awesome food. First timer and I am officially a customer for life. That grape salad and Lauryns Basil won me over.

Great food and service! I have never been disappointed.
