My daughter has been going to Childcare Network since shes been 1. She will be 6 this summer! The staff, services, and support I receive is simply amazing and I truly don’t know what I’ll do without them. I truly believe the director and other staff have my daughters best interest at heart, and it has been proven on several occasions they will go the extra mile to make sure my babygirl is well taken care of. This leaves me worry and stress free and I’m so appreciative of that!
My daughter has been here since she was a baby, now she is 3 and still attends. I enjoy and appreciate the staff and see a great difference in my child’s level of learning. They have teachers that actually care about my child’s learning and not just babysitting. They have special events for the kids during holidays that are always nice to attend.
I LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS DAYCARE! I currently have both my young ones enrolled! I’m so pleased and comfortable with leaving my children in their care! ALISHA IS THE BEST! She makes my kids feel soo comfortable shes like FAMILY! The all entire staff is amazing!!
I have always had a great experience. My daughter started when she was 2 years old and she loves childcare Network and her teachers are Awesome. The director and assistant director are great too . All the staff make us feel like family . Thank you ladies for taking care of my baby girl.
I was not going to leave a review but i feel like its important to do so. I called to ask if they had openings for my childs age group and they said they ddn’t. They then said they could place my child in a different group because she is not potty trained the lady that answered put me on hold to confirm with the director they could do this. They said they could and that they had openings available. I then mentioned my daughter had an IEP and i got transferred to the director that had previously said they had openings. When i spoke to the director she proceded to tell me they had no openings available. I honestly felt devastated and discriminated against and i could not believe how shamelessly she disregarded an child with an iep and it makes me think about any kid with any type of delay or disability. I hope management changes for the better to be more compassionate and understanding of all children.
They charged me $50 to hold a spot for my child in June and I haven’t heard from them since. All while knowing someone who signed their child up after me getting a spot before my child did
This daycare doesn’t even deserve the 1 star it has on google. DO NOT SEND YOUR KIDS HERE. Between the unprofessional staff and the rude director Lindsey Gardner this daycare is terrible. I had a friend who worked here and ended up leaving because of unfair treatment to her and the kids. No kid deserves to be treated how this daycare treats their students and the staff is ran by a director who openly starts drama and talks about her staff behind their backs and tears them down. You can send your kids to any other daycare to get more a start for kindergarten and somewhere they will actually care about each individual kid. Lindsey Gardner needs to be fired and replaced with someone who can run a daycare how it should be.
My children have attended Childcare Network in University for serveral years now. Since Erica Pitrack has become the Director and Lindsey Garner has become the Assistant Director the center has had amazing improvements. Both administrators provide communication about my children everyday. When I drop my children off or pick them up they are both welcoming with positive attitudes and smiles. As a parent I am happy and comfortable leaving my children each day. I love receiving pictures of my children playing and learning through out the day. Thank you Erica, Lindsey and the teachers for taking great care of my children.
Lindsay, Ms. Maria, and Ms. Sandra have been a pleasure to work with. I am fortunate that they did not give up on my son and I as we got him adjusted into the new school despite the challenges we had.
