I wish I didn't have to come here but I am glad I did. The staff was very helpful and caring to my child and me. I appreciate the time they took explaining everything and were respectful of the delicate situation we were in.

Steer clear! I made a one time donation in May for $10.00. I couldn't do the $25 backpack. Somehow they made it a reoccurring donation. Which I never agreed to. I called and emailed. No response. They still are attempting to charge my debit card monthly. They are the reason why people are hesitant to donate for a good cause. This organization needs to be shut down. I would give 0 stars if I could!!

This place will try to extort you, they will try to steal your kids and hold them hostage. Dont answer any of their questions, demand they give you your kids back. Document everything, times, dates etc....these people are wicked and evil.

Make a one time donation to this organization and they took mistook my generosity for granted. They stored my card information without my consent and started a monthly donation.

There couldn't be more care or professional staff it is a great charity they take care of the most vulnerable or children where I work we are partnering with them to raise awareness of what they do as well as to reach out and raise funds and items they need checkthem out if you wish to provide for a charity

If you come across someone from this organization asking for donations. Give them cash. DO NOT use debit card they will charge u monthly without letting u know... Kinda shady way to raise money...

Not happy with this organization at all!! I called the office after 8 a.m. and I still got the after hours answering machine. It’s been more than two months since I got a call saying they would set up an interview two weeks out from that. Nothing!!! Not even to check in or update!! I wish there was some other place I could take my daughter for help. When they finally do see you don’t expect to talk to the detective. Not even to let you know what the next steps are, not any word!! What am I suppose to do as a parent for my daughter when the help I’m trying to get her doesn’t help me?

We were here several years ago. The inside is very nice and they make it relaxing for kids in such an awful situation. But after that there was no help. We had no insurance and didn’t qualify for any therapy. They gave me a list of names I could call and sent us on our way saying to get my son in therapy ASAP. I don’t understand everything they do but I know when we needed help they weren’t there. I feel like they are here to make it easier for the police and families to communicate, not to actually help the child and family get through the situation.
