I was with this clinic since August 6 months and was unable to get in contact with anyone on my team the do gooder team besides my case manager, no one else would give me a call back or answer. No therapy was set up during those 6 months as they had no therapists at any time. My first psychiatrist prescribed me multiple heavy meds my first appointment which I had to stop taking as they were affecting my motor functioning skills then left, my second psychiatrist was good but multiple times didnt send my script or refills and i didn’t receive the meds I was supposed to. Transportation failed to pick me up for every appointment scheduled and after the appointments I brought myself to. For my second appointment I waited an hour before my case manager found out i was here because the office didnt inform her I arrived. After months of these issues I contacted Scott Motley the clinical coordinator who assured these issues would be fixed, yet more months followed of not receiving services and I am now currently switching clinics, next week I will no longer be here but another clinic and I hope I’m able to actually get help and care and the proper mental health treatment I need. I’ve heard good SMI services are hard to find because a majority of SMI people arent high functioning and as my first SMI clinic this seems to be correct. If you need a clinic you can be in touch with and receive services, in 6 months time med management was the only semi consistent thing. This was my first clinic after being diagnosed SMI, hopefully they only get better
Got a call at 8:13 AM today to cancel and reschedule my appointment at 10 am. I was told rhe doctor is not back from vacation. Surely they would have known before today that she wasn't back yet.. I told the person who called that I was somewhat in crisis. She told me to go to the hospital. The reason she said ti do this was because the other 2 doctors are swamped with patients. I'm a patient to. Not everyone can afford to drop everything and check in to a hospital for 5-10 days. She was rude about it also. Can't remeber the person's name who called. This isn't the first time. I dont feel lie my psych gives a care in the world about me. I've been asking for months about something to help with certain things. It honestly doesn't feel like I get any form of complete psych care from my doctor here. My therapist is great. I dont have a case manager and haven't since May.
The caseworker Kiana cares. The Allstar team leaders care. The wait is a bit different. There is a grip of us & we all have special needs. We can all use patience. They are the Bomb. Chuckle
Completely incompetent front desk reps, they refuse to put us in contact with any case managers or supervisors. We have an roi and they still won’t give us any information had to find out from my mothers old case manager that she was in the hospital. I’ve never in my life met such ignorant people.
This is by far the worst care I have received in 30 years of working with Dr’s for mental health. Sain is truly the WORST nurse practitioner I’ve ever met. She is at the Windsor clinic. Go anywhere but here. In 4 months I’m worse not better. She is fresh out of school and has a great deal to learn. NO ONE at this clinic returns your call and if you are in a dark place and call for help. They do nothing to help you. TERRIBLE experience.
Total incompetence. Without a Dr for extended periods of time. Used to have an excellent case manager xue wolf she left and I was assigned J.C. patterson...worthless. no returned phone calls. Poor med management.
this place is horrible. do not go here. the front desk ladies are rude and unprofessional. the doctor never provides or listens to you. the new provider is unprofessional. i specifically was told my much needed medication would be sent to the CVS in a few hours, and when i went to pick it up nothing was sent in. after 3 days of calling, he still has not sent it in. the lobby is crowded all the time, despite COVID. i was assigned my case manager awhile ago and she only introduced herself once, and i never heard from her again, and she never picked up the phone. 0/10. stay FAR away from this place.
It's so sad that this is the ONLY clinic that treats S.M.I. patients... It has taken me 2 WEEKS since I was hospitalized to get an appointment here... And it was cancelled... Without my knowledge... I blew off a counseling appointment that I was in desperate need of so I could make it to THIS SPECIFIC APPOINTMENT... The psychiatrist that was supposed to see me quit randomly... And no one informed me, nor did they have ANY information on me. So I was stuck a half an hour away from my home without a way to get home... Poor communication. I literally had to dial at least 6 different people EVERYDAY since I was released from the hospital in early April... It is now almost the end, and paperwork is barely being filed. Site admin doesn't return phone calls or emails, although he lies and says he will to my case workers. The ONLY reason why I'm giving this place 2 stars, instead of 1, is because my nurse was so kind and candid with me and ACTUALLY LISTENED TO ME. Also: fire all the staff that answer phone calls. Every time I just call to ask a question, I'm greeted by short, dry, mean responses. IF YOU ARE NOT COMPASSIONATE ABOUT HELPING THE MENTALLY ILL, THEN GET ANOTHER JOB. IF YOU'RE NOT A PART OF THE SOLUTION, YOU'RE PART OF THE PROBLEM. They wouldn't allow me to file a formal complaint, so this is where its being filed.
Taking care of me doing the best they can Angela is my name.
I am S.M.I. my care is provided by Mercy Maricopa.I transfered to here from a Terros.First they tell me we will not arrange transportation to here anymore because you have a bus pass.I allways got it at terros. Then go to pharmacy to pick up monthly med supply. Can't get them. They told Mercy not to cover me that i have other insurance.Wrong I do not have insurance for lifewell or meds. Now I'm cold turkey from diazapam wellbrutin.I have been trying for days to get someone their to listen.Nope Besides my S.M.I. paperwork clearly states care provided by Mercy.Been fine for 4 years first Parsons at circle the city. Then terros took that over then lifewell for 4 months. Now I'm screwed.Diazapam withdralls are bad.
