Update to my initial review: If I could take a star away I could. We did end up getting appointments and really regret it. We were unhappy and found a new therapist for our son. I left a voicemail for the office letting them know this and they continued to charge us for two no shows. We held our nose and paid them, but 3 months later they "found" another charge and immediately tried to send us to collections for it. This business runs a dishonest practice and I would recommend you use Associates in Pediatric Therapy as they are so much better to work with!!! Called today to get an appointment for my son. The only questions they asked were about my insurance. How about starting with compassion and not money. Before I give you all my personal information I want to know if you can provide the right help.

Therapist turnover has really hampered my son's progress. He's had 3 different speech therapists in 8 months. The therapists we've had have been good, but my son needs more long term stability. We'll be going elsewhere.

The best pediatric therapy center in Louisville, they are opening up a brand new facility and it is beautiful. The perfect place for therapy. Melissa is the best!

We were scheduled for an evaluation for OT. I was told that there would be a wait list for OT, but could have evaluation. That was a LIE! There was NOT an appointment set for me. Now I have taken time off of work and my Child out of school for nothing. I WOULD NOT recommend this place to my worst enemy!

Ms Peyton is my therapist and she is very nice.

Great family owned business that truly puts the child’s needs first. The office staff are always friendly and they go extra mile to make sure your insurance needs are met.
