This food was awful. It was soaked in grease, lacking any flavor, and the wontons and egg roll were cold. I called in regards to a refund and the manager at the time told me i was lying several times, and told me if i were to receive any refund i would have to bring the food back in to the store, even though they had delivered it. This was impossible because i was in the middle of a shift at work. Felt physically ill after eating a few bites, and will never be returning. They are criminals.
I’ve been ordering here since I was a kid and they gave out free cream cheese puffs in the lobby and knew you by name. Unfortunately they don’t do the cream cheese part anymore but they still know me. Amazing service, fast and reliable. Never have they missed an item. Portions are big so you can have leftovers for the week which is the best part if you ask me. If you ask me what the best Chinese food Ive ever had, I’ll say Chin Chins, every time.
Our go-to tried-and-true Chinese food delivery on the West Side even though they're in WSP for nearly a decade - they are a finely tuned machine and consistently deliver the goods. Never disappointed. Kung Pow Tofu is dynamite. Mongolian Beef. Cream Cheese Puffs. Mock Duck Vegetable. I'm getting hungry just typing this. Also, extra points to them for calling upon arrival instead of ringing the doorbell and driving our dogs crazy.
The food is very good! Reliable an consistent. They deliver. Prices are good. We order regularly. You won't be disappointed.Service: 5/5
If you want well done, typical "American" Chinese food at a good price then come check out Chin Chin. Everytime I go there there are many, many people picking up and ordering take out. They have a very large menu that is numbered for ease of ordering and even have a complete menu in a picture book if you go inside. They are fast and efficient and haven't had an order that was incorrect yet. If you just want some good Chinese food fast, this is the best place for miles around. If you order at least $15 worth of food they deliver as well. But, to be clear, this is NOT a sit down restaurant. You need to take it with you.
I get food here from time to time. Always very good. The cheese puffs are phenomenal! And the food is always ready very quickly.Food: 5/5
Chin Chin is a pretty standard Chinese food restaurant with reasonable prices, fair portions, and a minimal, no-frills storefront. The staff member I interacted with for my order was very nice, and the food was quick to arrive. I was initially a bit surprised when they said they did not offer cups of water, but they very graciously provided a bottle of water with our meal.
Grease tasted old. Wontons burned. Sesame chicken was all dough and no chicken. Spring rolls were ripped and gummy. Has declined in quality. Employees rude and abrupt.
We got take out from here on Christmas Eve. The food was good and hot and inexpensiveFood: 4/5
Used to be very very good my families go to when in the area, we ordered 3 meals today and side of oyster wings and soft spring rolls, my buddy asked for extra heat on his general tso I couldn’t taste any heat, my spring roll was gross no flavor they sliced 1 shrimp in half and stuffed it full of noodles I was very disappointed in that, the oyster wings were good a little salty but nice size, it’s very American Chinese food, it was ok for lunch and the portions were good but can get the same at Panda Express
