China Garden Buffet

Came here a long time ago. My friend found a metal screw in his dumpling. It almost broke his tooth. We complained about it and they tried to say we put it there not to pay. Then when we tried to talk to a manger she “banned” us for ever. Paid cash and never got my change back until I demanded it. Bill was $12. Paid with $50 bill and she thought she deserved the change as tip. This place needs to close down.

Place is alright, food is decent. I don’t like how the staff treat you. Always demanding tips and don’t even refill your drinks. Usually stick around till you leave to see if you leave anything. One waitress had the nerve to ask for more money.

We were able to get seated quickly. The food selection was pretty typical and the freshness was average. I'm a stickler on quality chicken and I wasn't too terribly impressed. Although, if you're looking for a lot of food on a budget, this is a great place!

Waitress acted nice but when you finish eating true comes out. My first time going everything was nice when I finish eating my second plate they handed me the receipt to pay. I paid and put 5 dollars cash tip, waitress took the 5 and said what is this give me more. I ignore and proceed walking away. I felt uncomfortable. The second time my friend invited me, we got done eating and a different waitress got angry because my friend only had 4 dollars cash for tip. Waitress insulted us and their language. We walk away to the front and I demanded to talk to a manager I explain our experience and the situation The waitress came running saying tip tip tip. Manager was just unprofessional not sure if they all are families employees but manager did not care. I seen several waitress keep the change from the Mexican people that did not talk English well and was forcing them to give more tip.

This is the perfect place if you like roaches and if you like bad service. I strongly do not recommend this place. Waitress DEMAND over $10 tips. Manager is so rude and the food is gross. They should shut down this place.
