Fusion Buffet

This used to be the best Chinese buffet around. Past few times we have gone the food was gross with a very minimal selection. Tables and floors are sticky with less than appealing utensils. My boyfriend used the restroom and said the men's restroom was horrific. I probably shouldn't even give 2 stars but I'm being kind.

When Fusion Buffet first open a few years ago I loved them, it had a wide variety of freshly prepared high quality dishes to choose from, Fusion knocked a handful of other good, established and long standing oriental style buffets out of business during their hay day. But the last year or so the variety and quality of the food has really taken a giant leap backwards. I hope Fusion can get their magic back.

Food unseasoned and cold. Restaurant carpet filthy as well as the restrooms. We were there only 2 hours after opening so I know it just didn’t get that filthy.

Came in for a late night snack with my friend way back, lady and her son were eating with their mouths full and she still talked to me while she had huge chunks of food in her teeth... gross. That and I could barely understand her. Her son sat us down at a table, but the food had been sitting out and they got lazy the dew hours before they would close, some of it even tasted so off as if it was expired. I couldn't eat a third of what I got. Then during the middle of my meal, my friend and I, along with another group noted the staff slamming and dumping out food before they were closed making a ton of noise. Yeah, no excuses. They need to shut down again and reevaluate how to run their business. What makes it worse is that this was one of my favorite buffets for the past 3 years, and despite the negative reviews I never witnessed this type of behavior, until now. That's pretty jacked.

The food was terrible, it was cold food, it was hard, crab legs was soft with no seasoning. I really use to enjoy this place but my last couple visits went horrible. The place is even dirty and u have to make them rewash the plates and silverware. I told the host when we were leaving but she just ignore us, like she gets complaints all the time. Im never going again. YUCK!!!!
