Great customer service, fresh and yummy food. The line was long but it move very quickly, long lines means good food and it was just right.

I would give this location ZERO stars!!!!! Every time I order food in Baltimore there is always a problem. Just go the location on W Pratt they take their time, don't have nasty attitudes, and FOLLOW DIRECTIONS.

Fast service and good service. That’s all that matters. Oh and great food.

The guy on the line told me it was no steak and little chicken. I asked how long for steak ? A girl replied 7 mins as if she was irritated. She grabbed her phone with plastic gloves on and got steak out of the fridge never changing gloves and put it on the grill. They need to work on being more cleanly and nice

They don’t care about a customer I am waiting out side above 30 min. No answer when a I knocked the door. It pass the opening time by 20 min

What can I say ... Food is good but customer service is not that good, we sat outside and the view was perfect, so relaxing and perfect to eat and have a good talk. You can also take a walk and see the "Last Survivor of Pearl Harbor" You have to take a walk there, you will love it!
