Chipotle Mexican Grill

I frequent this location more than I’d like to admit. They generally have great food and customer service. Although, far too often they are out of guac and chips. I always go for a burrito bowl and need both of those items to satisfy my cravings. Also, I’ve come in and been ignored more than once. Employees have literally stood in front of me talking to each other, for an awkward period of time, and not acknowledged I’m even there. This isn’t the norm, thankfully, but still disappointing. Also, order through the app during peak hours or you’ll be waiting 20 minutes in line.

Love Chipotle food! I exclusively order from the app and my food is always ready when promised and order is accurate.

Great food, no issues, freindly staff. This place is almost ALWAYS busy though. Lunch = 30 minutes.

Only come when there are a few customers, staff is unwilling or unable to deal with a large number of patrons. For an establishment which was supposed to be designed with fluidity in mind, it just doesn’t happen at this chipotle.
