Chipotle Mexican Grill

Great food and mostly great service. It seems some of the staff is more interested in rushing you through your order and getting you out of the way, rather than being friendly. Ive witnessed 2 employees asking one customer two different questions at the same time just to get them to move along.

I do not have a complaint about the food, I want to complain about the complete disarray this place was in when I went there on a Tuesday evening around 7:30pm (well before closing). There was food all over the floor, tables seemed to have not been cleaned in hours, there were no forks left, garbage cans were overflowing, and the diet Coke was out of order. They seemed to have been busy and just never had the time to clean up after their customers. I told my husband I didn't want to eat inside! I understand being busy but there are quite a few people working, in the 35minutes we were there, not one team member began cleaning.

Went there on teacher appreciation day. It was very busy but we were still welcomed with a smile and the food was delicious. The manager also gave us a coupon as my gf had to wait for her vinaigrette.

They are pretty decent. Me and my wife go there occasional for a quick luanch maybe 1 or twicea month. The food is decent though its not very good for your body. They have a healthy choice menu but dont ve fooled nit of it is healthy. We doenjoy the food not with standing the con. Bathrooms are wheelchair accessible and tend to be more often not clean. There is outside dining however with being in a busy shopping plaza in the vehicles driving around any major truck Access Road not 5 ft can be very noisy and not accommodating for conversation. The inside dining area is a 50/50 sometimes it's clean sometimes it's not very clean the one times where we could not find a clean table we would ask a cashier and they would probably come out and clean. At times lines can go from being very long for customers to be served to very short. In short if fast food in dining is your style. Then yes i would recommend chipotle mexican grill. If you need causual meeting and talk type dining then no i would not recommend chipotle mexican grill.
