Pretty good chipotle! This is quite a large restaurant, and it has plenty of seating inside. Our food was ready for pick up on time and it came neatly packed. I do think the portions were a little smaller than usual, but it tasted really good!
Good experience overall with nice ambiance and typical Chipotle offerings. We had Veggie Burritos bowls all through and it was a sumptuous and tasty meal overall. The staff seemed a bit disorganized when we lined up but soon caught up with our order quickly and quickly made the order. Good experience, overall.
The food is always good/consistent; however, the past 4 times I’ve visited there were no chips to be sold. They one them on the shelf but said they were for app customers? Why do they get preference when they aren’t even there yet? I would assume you would want to make the sale… There have also been several times there are missing food options. I understand there is a worker shortage, but that isn’t the store employees fault, the operations manager needs to resolve this issue somehow.
I ordered off of the chipotle app it tried to tell me that my order could not go through its 45 minutes until close and they’re trying to stop me from ordering by telling me it wouldn’t go through. I change my time to 10 minutes earlier and it immediately goes through no problem. I ordered a bowl with double protein, my bowl was under half empty almost no rice but so many beans. They did not put any lettuce or fajita peppers on there either and my bowl was $19!! For like half of what I would get if I went in person to get it
Ive never been to a chipotle that has such poor service before. I can’t blame the workers either, my thought is that the management just has absolutely no plan whatsoever. Multiple occasions I’ve placed an online order to be picked up at a given time and waited over an hour past the pick up time. The line is always long and takes absolutely forever. Love chipotle but I wont be returning to this one, and wouldn’t recommend anyone who values their time to go either.
I got the garlic beef in the salad bowl. The beef was tasty but chewy. The servers were speaking quietly and just plopped toppings on. It was loud, and the floors were wet because of the rain.Food: 2/5
Worst Chipotle I’ve ever been too. Closing time was 10pm, we came in at 8:30pm. Chairs were already flipped on the table, bathrooms blocked off, and servers rushed us through. Asked for salsa and chips; no chips! Asked for salsa anyway for my burrito and got something else. Servers couldn’t have been more uninterested if they tried; it was clear they just wanted to close despite the constant line of people coming in. Very disappointed, and I like Chipotle.
Foods great but I regret ordering from the Altoona location every time I do. Always over an hour late to make my food and never fails something comes wrong. Would be great if management could get their stuff together. At this point I'll single handedly put them out of business with the refunds I'm forced to demand.
Chipotle quality keeps getting worst and worst. Online order that was $12 and barely any food in there. The portions keep getting smaller and the price keeps going up. This is completely ridiculous.
Extremely disappointed in this location of Chipotle. line is often out the door and no one will be up there or it will only be one person. they are not afraid to stand around at the counter and in the back intentionally not waiting on you. portions have gotten way worse and sloppy. The workers do not care about how things look or have the experience is. They are rude and lazy. Came back again a few days later, more workers working, however portions are bad, wait is forever and they do not know the difference between salsas. there was also a man that had to ask the workers standing behind the counter talking to eachother if he could pay after standing there for 5 minutes. there were three of us in and she walked back to her coworker to stand and talk about what was going on in her life. not about work about life. chipotle get it together please, this is ridiculous anymore. i have never been so disappointed and you’re losing a loyal customer.
