Chipotle Mexican Grill

I am Livid, I had such high expectations for this chipotle. They literally delivered dog food from them via Uber eats. How do you screw up an entire order that only had two items. I asked for regular chicken I was sent some chicken that tasted like rotisserie chicken, the rice was softer than a babies bottom. Super mushy and gross. My sons tacos had no chicken on the majority of them. You guys really need to do better, especially for delivery services. This should not be acceptable

Been coming here since it opened and usually no issues, but I got home today and my lettuce is so past bad, I might just throw the whole thing out. I didn't mind that they were out of guacamole AND sour cream with 2hrs left until close, but this lettuce?? Just say you're out of it too, sht. It's disgusting.

My take out order was incomplete. It only contained a scoop of steak and no other toppings. It was disgusting yuck

This is crazy that I am writing this review even after Covid. I went to this Chipotle and my server put his hand literally in my food! * please note, my server was a Spanish speaking individual! So there could have been a language barrier. So I went into order food for my family 3 ppl. My bowl was half chicken and steak. If you know chipotle, they charge you for the steak when you obtain half and half. The server attempted to serve the steak first. When he scooped the steak, he shaved off the steak. I asked him what was he doing.. like why was he shaving off steak he picked up? When you're gonna charge me for the steak any way. The server then said double steak? And added an additional steak portion. I just look at him and said no that is not what I said. Then the server took his hand and scooped out the steak along with some of the other fixing I requested. Then presumed to ask me what else I wanted to add to my bowl. I looked at him like he had three horns and a tail and stated " did you just stick your hands in my bowl and think you're going to give me that?" I felt so disrespected and disappointed! Here's why! My feelings are : They tend to hire Spanish speaking individuals which I am all for.. breaking barriers! However, I have literally watched how the Spanish speaking employees treat the Spanish speaking individuals and non Spanish speaking individuals. Spanish speaking individuals get treated better and better portions! Now I am not saying all chipotles are this way. And it's understandable that biases will happen with dominant versus non dominant cultures. But I believe since I am paying my money, I am paying for an experience and all my damn food on the scoop! Lol

Shockingly this location continues to lack in customer service and often has signs on the door outlining the items they are out of. Tonight was ridiculous. No Sour Cream, Mild Sauce, or Black means. After ordering I walked up to get a fork and hot sauce and both items were empty. After waiting - forks were brought out. I’m not sure if they are understaffed but the options are limited - not sure how they are out of the majority of items.

Depends on who's making your order this location can be very portion stingy on toppings for rice bowls even when you agree to pay extra

Hello I have always experienced something they don't have , no tops for the small containers and no guacamole. My rice was so wet my bowl was coming apart. Please do better because I gave my food away because I wasn't happy.

This place never ceases to amaze me about the real carelessness of the staff who serve the food. I came in today and ordered a steak bowl. I asked for a little more tpmatoes, and she gave me the amount that equaled 2 scoops. I also do not like the seating arrangement here. Everything is stand-up tables, and it's not a nice and quiet environment to eat in at sll

Ordered via app for pickup and though my food was ready on time, the food was SO WET, it leaked through the bowl, the bag and stained my tote I was carrying it. I literally had to POUR out all the extra liquid and I ordered a salad! Lettuce was sparse and whatever lettuce was at the bottom was so soggy it wasn’t even enjoyable to consume. The few bites I did take messed my stomach up so bad! Avoid this chipotle by any means, opt for Cava right next door.

People on this Chipotle have no sense of customer service and the place is a mess. The food presentation and hygiene of the place is horrible compared with other Chipotles I have been to. It's obvious that there are a management issues
