Chipotle Mexican Grill

Long wait for my pick up order. People in line got through faster even those that walked in 5 mins after my food should have been ready.... Tasty food but next time I'll just go through the line or wait 15 mins after my food was to be ready.

As usual Chipotle in Ankeny let me down. Of course there short workers so you must order online so I did. Ordered at 8:30 and when I came to pick up my food I was informed they decided to close early and I need to request a refund. Money won’t be back for another 5-10 days thanks again for making it more difficult.

The chips were stale. The gauc was super chunky. The meat was over cooked. The lady spilled my gauc on the counter abs picked it up with her hand. Place was dirty and not kept up well. It was horrible threw all the food away and went elsewhere.

Only on line orders? Maybe pay your staff better.

Usually never have any problems here but we ordered a steak bowl, burrito, and chips and queso. The bowl and burrito were good but there was barely any chips in the bag we got and they were stale

This place is great. Now if you'll just open the dinning room to sit and eat.

Didn’t get to order because they are only taking online orders? So we went somewhere else. Disappointing.
