Food was very tasty. Seven of us ate. All but one had excellent service...they neglected to bring food yo the youngest party member til we reminded them. Consequently a 4 instead of a 5 !

Horrible.... Oh man i got fajitas... The peppers that were cooked had spots of mold on them. The "steak" was so tough and grisly it was not edible. To top it all off my complaint went ignored and i paid and left the whole meal there. Disgusting!

I love this place, the pollo loco is outstanding and the service is great! Highly recommend!

They have excellent customer service. They make you feel welcome. The food is excellent. I would eat here everyday. I love the waiters escpecailly there waitress ,Oz, they are alway so sweet and helpful. I will request Oz as my server everytime i visit. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

First time trying- someone recommended this place to us. Super great food- we all ordered the Happy Burritos. Buest queso I’ve had in a LONG time. All staff there that we came in contact with were very friendly. Oz was our server and did a great job!

We came here for the free kids meals on Monday and we're pleasantly surprised! The service was great and the food was even better! The bathrooms were nice and warm and even though they were busy we had a great time and even the kids meals were excellent.

Our experience here was great. The customer service was excellent. Hospitality wonderful. I remember our server well, Oz, very respectful very kind mannered and every time I come to stay on a business trip I will be dining at this location.

The margaritas was so gross couldn't even drink it!!! N blender was BROKE only on the rocks WE WILL NOT BE BACK the lady was nice tho
