Chipotle Mexican Grill

I usually get the ‘veggie bowl’ and it also comes with guacamole of which you shouldn’t get charged if you ask them to ‘please put on the side.’ Now, I did ask for vegan meat to put on the side and of course that’s extra but $3??! Well, that’s why I have jobs…lol Overall rating experience: 1/5 D

Ordered the Chicken Burrito Bowl for pick up Sunday night.. It was ready when we arrived. Good thing we ordered ahead because the line was to the door. Nice outdoor seating and the weather was cool. Good service and the food was great. They are quick in getting the orders.

Good but theyve given me the wrong order multiple times now. Im not talking, "they didnt make it right". They gave me someone else's order. And by the time I get back to work to eat it, I dont have time to go back to have them fix it.

If you've eaten at one Chipotle, you've eaten at them all. I will give them a thumbs up for consistency regardless of location. Good place when you don't want fried fast food. I've found the carnitas to be the only enjoyable meat. All the rest, no matter what type of variations they try to create, are too salty, bland and/or tough. The queso is also an absolute no go. Has the texture and consistency of gravy. All veggies/mix-ins are stellar. I absolutely love the mild salsa and chips.

This place is PACKED even at 2pm, past the lunch rush. There is close to zero parking available and if you drive anything bigger than a compact car, it's hard to maneuver through the parking lot. The staff is rude and try to just rush you through the line. The food is cold and they scoop sloppy and light.Food: 2/5

Always long line. Never enough staff on line. Nothing fast about it. Maybe prioritize the physical people in line over the long list of to go orders. Walked out after waiting 15mins. El Rey or Taco Cabana in area is much faster.Food: 4/5

I really appreciate that Chipotle has good vegan and gluten-free options. However, staff pays very little attention to allergies or dietary needs. Every time I order a vegan bowl there I find cheese and/or meat pieces in my bowl. It’s disgusting! I understand that accidents happen, but this happens every single time! Chipotle needs to come up with a way to prevent this, like not storing the animal products directly next to the vegan ones so meat pieces fall in and training their staff better.

This place sucks. They try and skimp on absolutely every thing you could get and the service is embarrassingly slow lol. Been here multiple times cause it’s closest and nothing changes. You have to enforce how much food you’re supposed to get per serving. Avoid this one

I don't understand how you can keep forgetting to put cheese in the kid's "cheese" quesadilla... 2 empty tortillas is useless to my 3 year old. This has happened on several occasions within 2 weeks with my online orders from this location
