I just ordered curbside pickup and got home to not only realize that they didn’t put any fries in the bag for my meal, but that my burger was absolutely roasted burnt on both sides. Whoever the manager is, please look at the attached photos and turn this around. This is our local whataburger and the buns taste stale 9 times out of 10 as well.
You will wait half an hour in the drive through for your food even when there is only 2 or 3 cars, the staff is rude, The fries are always cold, And the vegetables are always old. I absolutely love this food chain but this location is just extremely poorly run. I keep trying to give this location another chance but no matter how long I wait and try again the experience is the same. Please please please please if anyone monitors these reviews the public begs you guys to change managers. Please.
Nasty and Filthy! Roaches crawling around on the floor, dead flies on table tops 2 of them on 2 different tables and just dirty. Not to mention when we walked in, we weren't greeted and it took a good 5 minutes before someone acknowledged us and welcomed us to their establishment and took our order.Food: 2/5
Waited an hour to get my food through drive through. They were running a cash and a card lane for drive thru and people that showed up after me got their orders before me keep in mind I had already paid and only ordered 3 items. When I got my food it was cold like it had been sotting for a while. When i did get my order who ever handed it to didnt even aknowledge the wait time when I asked why my order took so long.
This Texas-famous fast food chain is a favourite of my longhorn friends. It is a nice change of pace from McDonald's and Burger King, and it has some good combo options, but it is still a fast food burger joint and I haven't had a super consistent experience with it. On this visit my fries were crispy, but my friend's fries were soggy. My burger was better than the last time I stopped in, but it wasn't super hot, although the toppings seemed fresh. This location was moderately clean and seemed relatively safe. It was pretty late in the evening and there was still enough staff on hand to handle our orders. The staff members were helpful, kind, and efficient. They worked hard the entire time we were there and were polite to everyone who came through. They made the experience a lot better than it would have been otherwise. Overall, I would still rank Whataburger as a typical fast food burger place, but for anyone who is looking for a quick bite to eat while in Texas, it is a little bit unique to the longhorn state while being convenient.
Expect to wait around an hour in the drive through to get your food and you better hope it's not cold. I get that the employees might be having a bad day but damn is every weekend a bad weekend? Employees have terrible attitudes rushing you to say what you want to order. If you're going to rush me then get my food out at a reasonable time!
This place has absolutely gone further and further downhill over the years. It used to be a very good location. From the manager sashaing over to you because they made the order wrong to waiting way longer than expected, only to get the order wrong. I have avoided this location as much a possible over the past year. But sadly every once in awhile, it's just necessary to visit this location. The Fries are always cold, the Cheese is never melted; the sandwiches and burgers are just slapped and thrown together. I think I'll just go back to take more pictures of the horrible shape this place is in. Luckily I got a survey today, I'll be sure to pass my experience along. By the way get with Google and fix your hours! You're open 24 hours in the drive through. Dine in hours are, unless they decide to close that early, like they have in the past. Sunday: 5:00-12:00 Monday: 5:00-12:00 Tuesday: 5:00-12:00 Wednesday: 5:00-12:00 Thursday: 5:00-12:00 Friday: 5:00-3:00 Saturday: 5:00-3:00 Vegetarian options: Onion Rings and Fries. There aren't even any small salads. Dietary restrictions: GOOD LUCK! Parking: Lots of open spaces, watch out for the loitering homeless. Kid-friendliness: Bring em in, they can't destroy this place anymore than it already is. Just don't let them crawl on the floor. Wheelchair accessibility: Very accessible
I came in to this location and ordered 3 meals. I waited over 30 minutes sitting inside. After I got up to check why my food was taking so long, I found that it had been sitting on the counter long enough to already be cold not just a little cooler than warm, but COLD. "OH are you my name?" says the person passing out food. I was the last person waiting for food so that was obvious. Then he proceeds to tell me he's been calling my name and giggles. The entire staff was sitting and talking and joking around and had never once called my name. Very disappointing. I do not recommend going to this location at night.
This WHATABURGER has to be the worst WHATABURGER IN THE WHOLE CITY. The food is never fresh the service is horrible. & you still have to wait at least 45 minutes to get your food even when there's only 1 car in line. Don't even waste your time by eating here you will be HIGHLY disappointed.
Horrible service — from start to finish we were in line for over 45 minutes. We were at the pick up line for over 20 minutes, where they confirmed our order at least 3 times. Received our orders lukewarm at best. There were no less than 6 workers in the kitchen. Horrible service. Would never recommend this location.Food: 1/5
