Chipotle Mexican Grill

I’ve eaten at chipotle multiple times at various locations and this was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I walked in probably 10 minutes before closing and got this pathetic excuse of a bowl. This photo really doesn’t do it justice. There was hardly any ingredients in the bowl at all. Chipotle is known for their massive burritos and bowls and this was absolutely ridiculous. I could understand if they were low on ingredients and about to close but, that wasn’t the case at all. All of the things I asked for, had plenty of food left in the serving pans. That was definitely the last time I’ll visit this location. Take my advice and steer clear unless you want to pay $12 for a half empty bowl.

I just left chipotle and have never been so disrespected in my life. The employee their name KYLE was so rude to me. All I asked for was a veggie bowl and it was only 9:30pm. I understand it was close to closing time but this is a business and the service I received was not nice! He needs to be fired! He literally threw my food in the bowl and had a really bad attitude. I will be contacting corporate and sharing this on all social media platforms. Please share this. I’m an so upset. This is not ok! This is the chipotle located at 4423 East Thomas Rd. Phoenix!

Love Chipotle overall. The area can attract some unique types for sure. One clue is the pass codes on the bathrooms. Lines can get long during peak times so order ahead and pick up.Food: 5/5

I cannot stand this chipotle. The first time I tried it I believe they left their food out for far too long and I got food poisoning but that is not why I’m writing this review. I gave it another another try twice this week and for one the white rice was hard to chew both times and If you ever get take out at this location at night, I swear to you the platinum blonde girl w a septum piercing will purposely not put your chips in the bag. It’s happened to me twice now. It’s very much not a big deal but even if you call this location to get sent straight to some automated message and can’t even speak to anyone to complain about it.

For how long it takes them to make orders placed ahead of time, you'd think they would be spending time making sure it was correct. This is the worst Chipotle in the valley. I've attempted to order 4 FOUR steak burritos and NOT ONE contained any meat. How do you mess it up that many times in a 24 hour period?

Crew was rude to us after a white male in front of us 2 ppl, poc was rude to them. Made us wait while it took 3 workers to help said white male, and when the other workers returned to the assembly line, 1 of them skipped my partner and took the white guy's behind us in line order. So with our order being broken up, we let him go ahead bc half of our order wasn't finished and when the workers came back to our order finally, they were plopping our toppings on and rushing our order thus making the packaging look sloopy. Overall bad experience, neither of us are gonna be coming back.

Placed my order online at 9pm for a 9:10pm pickup, but they closed early post posted this sign, but wouldn't open the door or answer the phone to allow me to pick it up. So the sign makes no sense. I paid for it but didn't get it.Service: 1/5

We did not receive the correct order after ordering online. Our food was missing ingredients like guacamole which they charge for! as well as the meat in the order which we paid for a carne asada bowl for ten dollars and yet we get no meat in it. When we went back to get the order fixed the staff was very rude about it as if we were somehow inconveniencing them. This is our second poor experience here, do not go to this location it is terrible.

Haven’t been here in a couple of years. Very inexperienced staff. Nobody knew how to do anything or answer simple questions. When I saw the way this guy was making a burrito I knew he had never made one before. There are basically two ways to wrap a burrito. Sides and then roll, or tuck in the front and roll and close the sides. This guy made a square a burrito even after I was trying to tell him how to make one. No management anywhere. Not going back again. Giving it three stars because it was delicious. Normally their burritos fill me up because I tell them what to put in them, and also there tortilla was a lot larger than it is now. Before I was making two meals out of one burrito and now I was hungry after eating this thing…

As a former Chipotle restaurant manager this place is absolutely filthy and under cared for. Multiple times I've been into the location and there's been nobody in line no to-go orders being made staff standing around and dirty lobby. Just going to choose to take my business to a different Chipotle.
