Chipotle Mexican Grill

I’ve been to this Chipotle before - but this is the last time I’ll be coming. I put my order in at 12:00 PM with a pick up time of 12:40 through the website. I prefer to order my food in person, but quesadillas can now only be ordered online. I arrived a bit early at 12:33, expecting my food to not be ready. My food was ready at 12:33 and I suspect it had been sitting there for a while because when I got back to my office at 12:40 - it was COLD. The pico was stale, my guac was lukewarm, and my fajita veggies were packed on the side instead of in my quesadilla. Halfway through my cheese quesadilla, I bit into something very hard. There was a bone fragment in my quesadilla. I don’t eat meat. The workers seemed nice and the customer service was good. It’s just the quality of the food was blegh.

The food is good, the seating area is always dirty. Turns me off swatting little fruit flies while trying to eat.Food: 5/5

Today i went to chipotle and i ordered a bowel and it was so delicious and full the workers here were nice and great me well.Food: 4/5

This place is either miserable to work at or the employees are just miserable. Don't say hello back to you, the rice is as hard as bullets and make sure you tell them you have a chipotle reward because will not back out so you can redo anything. Rice was hard and the server wouldn’t give me more cheese when I asked her to. I used to work at chipotle and I was a big fan of its food till I had a burrito from the chipotle in christiana mall. I will still be a costumer to all the other locations however I will not be returning to this location.Food: 1/5

Ordered a steak burrito and couldn’t get through it. The steak was like 70% chewy fat. Some quality meat there.Food: 1/5

We ordered burritos with sofritas and the girl packed it SO FULL! Then my boyfriend asked for bowl to eat the burritos over because it was so full we knew it was going to fall apart. After a moment of confusion, she obliged.

Today I brought bowl from chipotle in mall, brown rice they provide didn’t even cook. Not able to eat, I have to trash the 2 bowls I have purchased.Food: 1/5
