I found this Chipotle location to be accessible from the outside. It is connected to a nearby Starbucks and both of these vendors are accessible by the same ramp. The doors are wide, but there is a bar in between the double doors, so they might be difficult to enter through for a physically disabled individual. Unfortunately, I did not see any powered doors, so if someone utilizes in a wheelchair or another method of assisted transportation, they might need someone to hold the door open for them. Inside the restaurant, the tables were spread fairly far apart, but I don’t think it would be enough for a wheelchair to fit through. There were some chairs that were pulled out from their tables which made these pathways even more constricting. Ordering at chipotle would be accessible, as the behind the counter “buffet” would be visible to someone in a wheelchair. However, because this food option is so popular, the environment is very chaotic and loud. Someone with severe anxiety or sensitivity to loud noises would be better off ordering online or on their app and picking it up at the location. Chipotle is also very transparent about the ingredients they use, so someone with food allergies would have no issues seeing what they could or could not order. Overall, the service at this Chipotle was outstanding. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and I had a great experience ordering here. Would definitely recommend, whether you order on the app or in person.
I'd give less stars if I could. Not one time but three times in a row this store has messed up a steak burrito by not even adding the steak... Maybe it's different when you go in and order but I suggest not using any delivery partner to order from them.
Great service, the staff was kind and very efficient even as it got busier. The food was fresh and well portioned. I was in and out between 5 and 10 minutes. There is wheelchair access a few stores stores over from Lane Ave however there not one right in front of Chipotle- not the stores issue itself but it would be nice to be slightly more easily accessible towards those who need ramps and cannot use stairs. Just something I noticed! No complaints otherwise! Great service, very pleased :
Just an okay experience. There is nothing wrong with this store but the value and flavors I remember are just not there anymore at Chipotle. There are so many fast casual restaurants to choose from anymore and it feels like Chipotle is lagging behind.Food: 4/5
Nice location, great staff, & chill environment. This Chipotle is well lit at night; however, the stairs pose a problem for optimal access. Individuals who utilize wheelchairs are to use a back ramp in the alley way, which can be feel a bit demeaning. Overall, good experience and clean place to eat.
Don’t order from here! I paid $18 for THIS ordering online. I should’ve listened to other people who warned me how they skimp you if you do an online order. This is the most pathetic bowl I have ever received. The employees who made this treated this bowl like the ingredients personally came out of their paycheck
Whether its chicken or steak, 80-90 percent of the meat in my burrito is always gristle. Bite after bite where I have to remove large chewy chunks of fat/cartilage
I’ve been coming to this chipotle whenever I get chipotle for maybe 8 months or so now, used to never have a single issue. however, staff now are extremely rude. snatched cash out of our hands, gives dirty looks and hardly says any words. one girl stopped what she was doing, stared me dead in the eyes with a face of pure hatred and disgust when I asked for more cheese than what she put on. Receipt says the cashiers name was Neko and she’s the RUDEST one working here. If she hates her job that much, she needs to find a new one, it’s not fair to the customers. customers should be top priority-considering you want more business but I’m very seriously considering going to a new chipotle to get away from the negative energy inside this location. I got the GM’s information and am going to complain-which I NEVER do but judging by the reviews the GM won’t care at all either.
The food tastes not bad, but the place is always packed with ppl. Compared with other Mexican fast food restaurants around campus, it is not competitive.
I don't know what's up with this particular Chipotle, but time and again the rice is undercooked crunchy and the meat flavoring and cooking is unevenly produced. Sometimes well seasoned, other times under-seasoned and overcooked. Check out the pic of the huge meat chunks here. It's the size of an entire chicken leg. Chips were stale, several times over. I think management really needs to step in and verify consistent quality output throughout the day at this location. The other chipotle down the street is better tbh in that they consistently produce quality ingredients.
