FREE DRINKS and public toilet! I’m amazed, this chipotle offers free drinks to anyone that comes from outside. Just sit there for 10 minutes and you will see endless people of different ethnicities entering to serve themselves a free drink from the machine and using the toilet with the code they know by memory. When I asked why they were offering free drinks, they told me that clients had to pay them, only free for non clients as they cannot control them. New York City must learn from this outlet and start offering free refreshments and toilets in air conditioned places for everyone. Great initiative!
I’ve never ate a Chipotle my entire life. This was my first time ever trying out Chipotle and I loved it. I got the kids meal don’t know the name of this burrito cause one of the staff ordered it for me since I didn’t know what to get and to my surprise I actually loved it. I usually don’t let people pick out my burrito for me cause I’m a picky eater but I really loved this burrito. And even tho it was a kids meal the portion was big and it was enough to keep me full. The staffs were friendly, the only awkward part was you have to share a table with a stranger sitting across from you, but it’s fine since nobody bothers anybody y’all just eat your food in peace. 11/10 would recommend to anyone visiting or sightseeing in Chinatown.
They were so nice and respectful. The seemed super clean and organized everything was available to you. Some Chipotles never have forks or spoons constantly full but this one does and there soda fountain machine is never really out of service like some places. The food was pretty good, but when I was traveling with my family and visited this Chipotle, both of my brothers were denied access to the bathroom they are both young children that urgently needed to go. The bathroom door plaque and employees were very hypocritical, denying us to enter but letting other families, as well as using it themselves. Horrible and disgraceful customer service, why even have a bathroom there if you won't let specific people use it?
Food was good, but has alot of salt. Could use less salt, food would be better. Service was excellent, the place needed constant cleaning with people come in and out. Tables were dirty, floor was dirty. For a business on Broadway near Canal St, need to clean up always. Could do better.Food: 4/5
Workers should have their food handlers license and also basic decency, proficiency in customer service and how to treat people. The people that work here don't smile, nor are the nice in anyway, very aggressive. The tall guy threw my bowl at me cause I asked him for an extra serving of steak which I paid for. Please consider hiring new staff that care about people and their own jobs. Staff on sat 4/20 curisng in Spanish Dominican mama guevo here and there. Ignorant and truly unprofessional.
This is by far the WORST chipotle I have been to, not only is this place not kept clean but the workers are a poor excuse and a poor representation for chipotle. I went to get ONE chicken taco and was OVERCHARGED for chicken to be added to my taco. The man put 2 pieces of chicken and said “this is the serving size for tacos” which is not true. I then asked calmly to add more chicken but was told I had to pay EXTRA for chicken. I kid you not they added 6 pieces of chicken and charged me 4 extra dollars, I ended up paying $8 dollars for a regular skimpy $3.97 taco. The manager told CARLA who works at the register to make sure that she charges me extra for FOOD THAT SHOULDVE BEEN ADDED FROM THE BEGINNING!! I am sick of chipotle workers forcing customers to pay for a regular serving of food and I will not be returning. I have filed a report with chipotle customer service and my case is currently pending. 0/5!! I’ve added photos to PROVE how skimp my taco was and how they overcharged me.
I didn't get a good first impression because the tables as well as the restroom were filthy, but the burritos were delicious and all they ingredients were super fresh.
I buy my lunch many times here but today I had a $100 bill, I was thinking the chipotle is a serious restaurant chain but no they can’t break up $100 I had 4 singles only so she choose to throw my food in the garbage and call “next customer” Also the black top is black and you can taste the burned meat but the management doesn’t care at all to clean up or get change to the register, what a shame!
Literally the skimpiest portioning I’ve ever been to at a chipotle. I ordered online to try the new Garlic Guajillo Steak and this little itty bitty bowl is what I get… steak was cold and kinda dry btw. Also priced way too much. Not worth it at all. The chips felt stale…
