Chipotle Mexican Grill

I got a burrito. There was almost no customers in the restaurant and the line still had half of the ingredients missing. They put half scoups so the burrito was very small, and the basically folded it like a taco and smashed the ends in with the foil. It was quite sad looking, and the they loaded the burrito bowl in front rod me so full they could barely close it. No consistency, there was 6-7 people behind the counter. I get that people aren't busy all the time, it just felt like they didn't care and delivered very poor service/food for the amount of staff did not make me feel good about the experience.

Horrible experience! They told me 15 mins for chicken then told me the line was closed for 30 mins while the refilled. I then ordered they didn’t have cheese, sour cream, corn or lettuce. The dining area was filthy I had to ask for something to clean my own table. Just look at the pics.

I won’t be back to this location. Every order is messed up. I had a free meal from the last time they messed up my order on 8/5 that I redeemed today. #1, upon entering the restaurant the worker at the front was very unpleasant. Doing everything with an attitude, being rude to guests. Being a tad bit aggressive when giving people their bags, in a sense she was “flinging” the bags at people. #2, they gave me less than a handful of lettuce and the rice was crunchy. Messed up order on 8/5: Missing fajita vegetables, lettuce, green sauce. I like to give places 2nd chances but this is the 3rd time and nothing has improved.

The customer service was phenomenal, the food was not good. I came by for dinner around 6pm I mention the time because it's not like I rolled in at 10pm and expected prime-time, I was the only customer in the store, and the buffet was looking sparse. They were out of a few proteins as well as the fajita veggies and the remaining proteins looked congealed and gross. The worker making my bowl actually made me fresh meat which was lovely and thoughtful, but definitely turned my fast-food experience into a slower food experience. The lettuce wasn't very crispy, just overall I've eaten substantially better chipotle.

Smallest chipotle burrito ever. And my wife’s bowl was large but over cooked meat and far too salty. Really poor Experience overall and will not repeat.

I love chipotle and worked there for 3 years in college, this is the worst I've ever been to. Went both around 8 pm on the 7th and 1130 am on the 8th. The evening, they were out of steak, white rice, and fajitas for the rest of the night, line was filthy, just clear nobody including the manager, cared. The next morning, grill guy had his pants around his knees and had his cell phone in one hand while stirring a pot with the other. Line was dirty, they were still making chips at 1130, nobody wearing hats or aprons, and the girl in the line using her hands to push the food from spoon to tortillas. Same manager, and again just abundantly clear that nobody cares.

Ordered food and it was ice cold placed my first order and half of it wasn’t there! Placed my second order for the food I didn’t receive and my food was messed up and I still didn’t receive a portion of it. Food was cold, chicken was burnt and bowl was basically all rice. horrible experience and don’t think it’s that hard to follow an order that was pretty simplebowl,chips and queso and drink

My group came here for lunch. We ordered and they were out of some ingredients. When I ordered white rice, she told me I had to wait 10min for more to be made. I told her just give me the little bit that was still in the tray and she was very rude about it and made it a big deal as if I was a hassle for her to get a spoon and put it on the burrito. She also rolled her eyes at my friend for asking for extra queso. It was expensive and not worth dealing with the staff.

When I went it was almost closing time and they didn't have much left. But the customer service was great! She knew they were running low so when I asked for some rice she got some from the back. I will be coming back since I am right around the corner. Being gluten-free it is nice to have an option so close by.Food: 4/5

It is the worst Chipotle ai have been in. driving through the state and surprised to find a Chipotle restaurant that I would not recommend. THE chef is walking around with pants at his knees and underwear showimg The server is VERY likely of some kind of form drugs. half of the ingredients are missing. this place is definitely mismanaged.
