Chipotle Mexican Grill

They never answer the phone and their portions are too small. The manager even charged me extra for a side of sour cream; additionally, when I had gone in the line was so filthy and disgusting. It’s like no one had bothered to wipe it down in over 1 hour or more. I doubt I go back

The worst customer service I've ever had at a chipotle. I believe they think that their amount of business can cover for the nasty behavior they display day in and day out. Go to Izzos. They are genuinely nice and go out of their way to make sure you feel well taken care of. I rarely write bad reviews. Had to today.

I went late and they were out of the items that would have made my dinner great! But it was good and healthy...

I placed my order via Postmates. Ordered 3 steak with tacos. Everything tasted as expected.
