Chock Full O Nuts

Do not order a coconut only smoothie. It's nothing but sugar water at this point. Also they charge for your order but you do not receive such order. I asked for a ham, egg, and cheese sandwich only to receive a ham and cheese sandwich no egg but was charged for the egg.

Grilled chicken wrap was disappointing and disgusting. Worst is when the chicken was in a doggie plastic bag, then was put in a microwave. The wrap was drench in some sort of salad dressing sauce. Chicken was bland, no flavor at all. Hoping that they actually cook the chicken and make the wrap fresh. Guess not. Threw the wrap out and wasted $10. Not worth coming. First and last time I’m ever ordering from there.

I recently had an experience here in which it really upset me. As an employee within the mall, I have on occasion visited Chock for a sandwich on my lunch break. The service was never outstanding but it was never dismal either. That is until I went two days ago. I was behind a woman who ordered a ham sandwich, and then I had ordered a tuna sandwich. I see them shortly after prepare the tuna sandwich first and then hand it off to the lady who ordered the ham sandwich. I then see them prepare another tuna sandwich, hand it off to someone else, then start making a ham sandwich. This ham sandwich they tried to give to me. I told them that is not what I ordered and that was what the lady in front of me ordered. After which the same lady who took my order, which was also making the sandwiches, really tried to tell me that it was me who ordered the ham. I insisted not, because it wasn’t, so she then proceeded to open the sandwich and basically scrape off the ham to then just add tuna. Not only is this a huge violation but what if I couldn’t eat pork due to religious reasons or something? I heard before that the workers here could be problematic, but to experience it first hand I was really beside myself. Extremely disappointed!

Not like it used to be. They didn't have any of the classic; very disappointing. No donuts. A really disappointment. Eneded up ordering a sandwich it was good. Didn't bring back all the fond memories but I enjoyed it.

These women are so rude I usually go there a lot for lunch and they must think I don’t speak Spanish. They constantly talk about the customers in front of them but in Spanish. Calling people fat, or ugly, the reason I’m choosing to write a review today is because one of the girls called a black woman a racial slur in Spanish because she asked her for a receipt and the woman had no clue. These girls at this establishment have terrible work ethic and I’m sure they think they are going unnoticed. Disappointing honestly.

We asked for ice cream then the pink/ black hair girl said we don’t sell that and I’m like what’s the cone for. If you’re going to sell something then you have to sell it. If not take it off so people don’t assume you guys sell it

My first time going to this establishment since I transferred from the Jersey Shore Outlets and it was the worst experience I've ever had. Two of the ladies got an attitude with me and began to speak about me in Spanish...joke was on them when I responded back in Spanish...clearly they thought I was full blooded american....I will never return to them with my service. Their attitude was that disgusting that i would highly recommend a suspension or termination. Smh!

Staff is extremely rude and I’ve noticed they close 20-30 minutes earlier than the time posted on the website. I thought every store closed at 9PM but looks like this little spot closes at 8:30PM-8:40PM. Manager should look into that. All I see is his employees milking the clock until 9pm texting on their phones.

The girls that work there all remember how I like my coffee and are always smiling, great cup of coffee too...

Good and tasty nuts are available at this place. Lost of varieties, one will definitely enjoy the nuts here. Must visit place
