first of all this mcdonald’s is so unprofessional. i call them in regards to an order and they kept hanging up on me. they sent us raw food on uber and cold they didn’t offer no solutions to our problems and just told us to call uber when it’s their food. please do not order from here
My husband ordered a steak and bagel sandwich and they gave him bacon. When I gave it back to get a new sandwich I caught the cook pulling off the bacon and trying to just replace it with steak. My husband doesn't eat pork products cause they make him sick. Had I not said anything I would have spent my evening at the hospital. The manager didn't say anything to the employee just sorry to me. Will not eat in the Broad St McDonald's again.

This place looks very nice inside, and the food is always fresh, but NOT having a drive-thru is a big no no no no no for me so I can't rate them that high. Their breakfast meals are about $1 more then the other McDonald's. Good luck finding parking in downtown Elizabeth during working hours because you won't. Higher prices, no parking, no convenience of a drive-thru, so they are lucky to get 2-stars from me.
Food quality and customer service was horrible. Instead of a smile staff gives you a frown. I was expecting an american dine in fast food experience and what I received was a huge discomfort. As I entered panhandlers invaded my personal space and demanded money, drug dealers advertised themselves to several customers upon entering. I would have sat and ate yet the discomfort felt was enough for me to exit this establishment. The security there is not enough. The elderly unarmed security officer is overwhelmed.
A nice place to grab a quick lunch or breakfast. Food is the same but goodFood: 4/5
It was a bad. Experience I had food poisoning really bad stomach pain after. I had a double quarter pounder. Then the security opens the door wide open knowing that iM in there using it. Really come on. I said no more. MACDONALD FOR ME THANK YOU
Very racist management. If you don't come in speaking Spanish you have no importance. Waited 10 mins to be stared at. Then 10 mins later asked about my order she rolls her eyes and give me the silent treatment then cashed me out
So if you haven’t already heard, McDonald’s has this YUMMY breakfast offering called “2 for 4 McGriddles.” You get 2 breakfast sandwiches for $4. #Savings You can get either the sausage or chicken McGriddles. I personally love the sausage one. There’s eggs, cheese and sausage/chicken sandwiched by pancakes and there’s also some syrup in it. My choice accompaniment is the freshly squeezed orange juice available in small or large sizes. With about $7.50, you can have this for breakfast. CAUTION: this thing is ADDICTIVE. You’ve been warned!
Excellent service, the restaurant is clean, the staff is very friendly and the serve you quickly, the best place in the area
