My family has spent over €2000 here over the years, but our experience today was terrible. They didn't have enough change. We asked if we could pay some in cash and the rest by card, and then tried to help them for 10 minutes to do basic math. We were then told that wasn't possible and that we had to pay all cash or all card because all items had already been scanned, which makes no sense whatsoever. You can't just cancel a transaction and ring it up as 2 separate transactions? Truly considering if we'll ever return.
Great store, with a wide range of stock. But their customer service is absolutely appalling. Delivery took nearly a month and many phone calls and messages mostly ignored. Since then i have had to go back to the shop 3 times to sort things out and get our new bbq working, and we are still waiting for an accessory because they sold us one that didn’t fit the model they sold us. Avoid if you can, and check everything before you leave the store.
Super barbecue center, not far away from Plaisir. You can enjoy the variety of tasty food, sauces, exotic meats and drinks from the whole world. Barbecue and grill from small to professional type. Man's world, but all family will be happy!
Update March 2022. Just been back despite my previous comments. Great service and checkout. It was busy but the staff were great and helpful. Well done on the improved service guys. Bought a Napoleon Grill. 2021. Avoid on busy days as the staff are not prepared nor sufficient for the numbers. We waited for 10 mins to enquire about a firepit then another 10 mins at the checkout. We left without buying anything. No covid separation at all in the line. If it wasn’t for the breadth of choice and quality of produce I am convinced this shop would be half as busy. Shame but I won’t be back.

Brought my American Weber grill in because it was not working and Grégoire and Mustapha couldn’t have been more helpful. This is an amazing store as well for everything imaginable for BBQ and smoking meets as well as rubs, foreign beers and sauces. Highly recommend this store.
You can get lots of great food products here as well as everything you need to cook on a BBQ and enjoy your fireplace!
