Chocolaterie Stam

This is a fantastic little hole-in-the-wall store. The cream inside the chocolates is so rich and decadent that each treat tastes like heaven every time you reach for another. The ladies working there were polite and helped me get the best bang for my buck. I will definitely be stopping in again soon.

Have been there several times. Every time my friends come to visit me, I'll bring them here to have something and talk a bit. Awesome place to enjoy your time and have coffee or ice cream (I'm an ice cream fan) Lovely staff Pretty good products Two reason that I didn't give 5 stars: - price: You don't expect those prices for the size of ice creams, for instance. - Also, I wish there were more variety of ice creams. Other than those, this place rocks!

Their chocolates are very fancy: a good gift! There is a coffee shop in the business, so you can order espresso and coffee-drinks and enjoy them on their couches or tables. However, there isn't much seating. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the history of the shop. Sometimes they host live music on their baby grand piano.

Purchased one of their assembled Valentine's Day boxes for the second year in a row earlier this week. Very excited to give as a gift! Best chocolate I've ever had! Will try to add a photo if I get a chance!

Love the chocolates and the gelato here. The interior is absolutely beautiful! And the owner is so nice, he always comes over and talks to us. This is definitely one of my favorite places in Ames!
