Choice Wellness Center

if you go here for an evaluation, know that they will not tell you about an $89 bill from aegis. you'll be surprised with that in the coming weeks. The evaluation is already priced higher than competitors, a fact I didn't know because I didn't research. And you will most likely be given an intensive therapy output whether you need it or not. They don't follow the laws and rules in place on communication, and they outright mislabeled the date that I came and saw them. Took 7+ weeks to get word on what their decision was, and you’re supposed to be given some information on that at the end of your 2 hour session. They seem to figure once they have the payment, you're on their terms. Took roughly 8 weeks to submit form to DMV that is required to get a license back, after more poor communication. Your time and deadlines are not their concern.

I strongly DO NOT recommend this location for any services. I went to this location without reading any reviews or consulting with my attorney and boy was that a mistake... From the moment I stepped in the building, the “doctor” was late. When he arrived, he gave off very judgemental vibes and I was extremely turned off by it. Their prices are super expensive and they will do everything they can to squeeze more money out of your wallet. STAY AWAY!

After receiving a DUII, I was referred to Choice Wellness Center. I have nothing but positive things to say about Choice Wellness. Doug and his staff are amazing. They were able to use my private insurance and they helped with all of my state paperwork. I always felt comfortable and supported whenever I walked through the doors. They deal with all sorts of people and their situations. Meetings are always educational, personal and enjoyable. Doug connects with you and your situation and I always felt that my needs were a priority. I highly recommend anyone looking into Choice Wellness Center to reach out and schedule an appointment.

This place truly is a life saver. I have never seen my mother sober in all my years of life and she has a year now and it all started here. The dr. was compassionate and had empathy and you could tell her heart was in it. Thank you so much I am trying to get another person in that wants help and change and I have not received a return phone call im hoping to speak to someone Monday morning. I will keep trying though.

My right to privacy was violated during an evaluation...4 times, we asked about my sex life.for a reckless driving conviction..I have filed a complaint with the state. ,Not one, but two other agencies disagreed about the conclusion to evaluation. Rightly so, the report is a lie that contains falsifications and puts words in my mouth....Conrad Uy should be ashamed. This agency is a family affair that just wants to take your money. After paying 100 dollars for an hour and twenty minutes of denigration, I even received another bill for a UA from a private lab. I was never informed of an additional charge. Stay away from this agency. The lead administrator of another agency has told me of previous complaints about this agency coming into the office.. getting a false evaluation can have devestating and long lasting effects on your life.

Dr. Clementine was very nice and knowledgeable. She lead me straight to the resources I needed and more! I'm very grateful to her and appreciate what she's done. Thank you!

Choice Wellness saved my life.

They are a family of caring and helpful councillor's. They have an approach that works. I would recommend them to anyone!

Have left 4 phone messages over the past week and have received no response. Very disappointing
