• State HS champion, Scholarship athlete for University of Iowa
• Multiple marathons (PR 2:37), half marathons(1:14), 5k (14:36), and 10k (29:45)

• Elements of ChiRunning, Pose Running, and barefoot running integrated with a holistic biomechanical approach
• Have a Physical Therapist as a resource to address your running needs

• Focused on integrating new habits to your nervous system that will create lighter, more efficient running
Running Evaluations
• Evaluations consist of a complete 60-90 minute biomechanical evaluation, including gathering your full running injury history, testing of muscle flexibility and strength, muscle imbalances and posture, as well as video gait analysis. Suggestions are given to improve your form, which are easily implemented to your training. There is also a follow up at 30 days to see how you are improving.
• Cost: $150
• Runners who sign up for an evaluation get 3 free sessions ($45 value) at the New Heights Running Class, allowing you to work on your weak areas and apply what you have learned in the evaluation.
Each Session will Consist of:
• Dynamic warm-up and stretching
• Form drills
• 30-40 minutes of running on multiple terrains
• Elements of ChiRunning, barefoot running integrated with a holistic biomechanical approach
• Improve your flexibility with Pilates and Yoga exercises
• Core drills to address common weaknesses that impair your running
• All levels of runners are invited. Each workout is adjusted according to each of your specific goals and experience.

• 5 sessions………… $50 (*This will be as a punch card.)
