ChoiceOne Urgent Care Rotunda

Driving from out of state, my aunt wasn’t feeling well. Looked up the nearest urgent care, picked this location that popped up first. Great location, very clean, well lit waiting area. The ladies at the desk were very friendly, and the doctor we saw. Highly recommend this urgent care.Thank You everyone for truly being wonderful

My appointment was at 1pm, didn't get out until after 2:30pm. I needed a covis test for travel. The staff members are pleasant, and the facilities are clean, just slow.

Don't waste your time making an appointment. Despite scheduling an appointment nearly 8 hours in advance, when I showed up I was told I would have to wait 2 hours so walk-ins could be seen first. I left rather than having any more of my time wasted.

The MA was very nice, and the Nurse Practitioner was Awesome, she diagnosed me with confidence and prescribed what was necessary! I definitely recommend this office.

It took forever to just get a COVID test. My whole trip took about 2 hours and made it very difficult for my childcare provider. The medical staff was kind and I know they probably are understaffed, but it was still frustrating.

Great service from start to finish. The NP, Tenesia, was as delightful as she was efficient and professional. Highly recommend this site.

I was required to get a negative covid test to be able to work a job tomorrow where I would have made a few hundred dollars. I came to this urgent care and received a covid test with a positive result and informed my employer immediately. The urgent care of people just called me and told me that they made a mistake that they read the wrong person's name and that wasn't my test and that my test is negative. They made me come back and pick up my negative test from their mistake but I still lost my job tomorrow. I'm really really really unhappy.

Wow, I'm always going here from now on. They did an amazing job and the wait was minimal. The nurse took time to answer all my questions.

On my most recent visit the wait time was reasonable and the nurse practitioner evaluated my symptoms and wisely advised me to go to the ER.
