Went for happy hour, sat at the bar and it was a great experience. The drinks were decent and the bartenders were really friendly. We really liked the french onion soup dumplings and the fried chicken slider.

First dinner in Denver. Did not disappoint. Hogan was a fantastic waiter. The Kaya toast and soup dumplings were delicious. The noodles fell a little flat...maybe needed a bit of acid to liven them up.

We arrived around 5pm on a weeknight without a reservation. We were happy to receive a table, However the service was a bit rushed but the staff was friendly. The food and cocktails were great! Despite having a limited menu, we were able to find something we both enjoyed and would return for. Highly recommend for a nice evening out. $$$

We had birthday dinner at ChoLon and had a winderful time. The men ordered their own family style and us ladies ordered our family style. We had the perfect amount of unique foods. The drinks we fun and our waiter was on it. Very fun vibe all around

The soup dumplings are unbelievable! I have never had a dumpling as delicious as those and go to ChoLon just for the soup dumplings. The array of small plates they serve are very good as well. Been here several times and never been disappointed.
