They have nice variety of cold plus hot salads, been here multiple times so a review was due. Customers can either select their original menu salad or can make their own. Prices will range between 9-14$ for a bowl with/without customization. If you are visiting during 12-1:30 pm on a weekday, there will be rush so be patient,queue moves real quick and staff does its best to pay heed on customization request. I personally prefer there regular classic chopt cold and Warm chicken tingahot. Please note if you don’t have taste developed for hot salad bases you might not like it.

Love the product and the order ahead option but be sure to add at least 15-20 minutes to the estimated pick up time. I have on multiple occasions had to ask employees more than once about the status of my order. This defeats the purpose of the order ahead as I am spending 20-30 minutes extra while they make the order after missing the original time.

Chopt has delicious salad choices and some bowls that include healthy grains and a variety of lettuce. Don't be scared if there is a long line, they handle the crowd pretty well. Just take you're ticket and follow your salad. They also offer some seasonal salads that change throughout the year. My only two complaints are I wish it was less expensive. It's about $11.50 for a salad I also wish they had a refillable drink fountain with only healthy options such as tea and sparkling water. I can u derstand why they don't have a soda fountain, but some non bottled drink options other than water .

4 stars for the food, 2 stars for the service. One of my favorite salads got removed from the menu, so I end up having to customize some of the items using a different salad as the base. The amount of eye rolls and sighs I get from the "choppers" when I ask them to squeeze a lemon/lime is frankly unacceptable. It definitely sends the wrong vibe which makes me not want to come back here.

First time here and I must say, the food and service were great. The freshest and quickest salad I have ever gotten. The menu has a number of great choices and they would have allowed any customizations I wanted, even how much dressing is added. I had them make it exactly how it was on the menu chicken tinga. I wish one was closer to where I live because I would be there quite often. Highly recommend.

First time trying their salad. Usually, I go sweet green, pret-a-manger, just salad. I was utterly disappointed at Chopt. will not go back. I ordered Summer Caprese b/c it has peaches, heirloom tomatoes - an interesting mix. They basically placed 5 small pieces of peaches, 5 heirloom tomatoes cherry-size, and maybe 6 pieces of greens. The tray was very very shallow. It wasn't even chopped up. The salad was over $10. I ate it in 3 mins and I had to buy another real lunch after this. If you want a side salad with your real lunch, this could be for you. Other than that, I wouldn't recommend this. Learned how business is done there, I wouldn't go back try other salads.

I go to this location A LOT since I work in the same concourse. I ordered a falafel salad and the falafel container was empty...so the guy scooped up the dregs from the bottom and thought that was appropriate. I asked for fresh whole falafel so he went to another station and scooped up more crumbs. Unacceptable. He and another employee tried to give me the argument that it gets chopped up anyway. Sorry. That’s not how it works. I work in the building and don’t have time for lunch most days so I was looking forward to this today. This guy seemed lazy and indifferent. I know it’s not fine dining but I expect some level of professionalism, most of the employees seem to not like being there, but that’s another issue. I’ve been going to this location since it opened and there have definitely been changes over the years. The manager tried to help but at this point I was nauseated and lost my appetite at being served the dregs before a holiday. If these people don’t like serving then they should find another job. If you like being served remnants and the bottom crumbs by a miserable employee then go here. It’s a shame because it used to be good. I’m done with this place.

This is the 3rd time my order has been messed up from ordering through mobile. Either no dressing in the bag, no bread, no chicken, and messed up ingredients even though I double checked the order on mobile. When I approach the staff, I don’t get any apology I guess it’s just normal for them to deal with orders haphazardly. 9/10 every time I check my bag there’s something missing or messed up. Management has to pay attention to this. Sweetgreen never has this issue

They were out of the dressing for the key west jerk chicken salad I came to try. They were out of shallots less of a big deal. The jerk chicken has a little smoke flavor, not much more. The chimichurri dressing the guy suggested as a replacement tastes like sugary vinegar. I normally really like Chopt, but this was a waste of 12 bucks and a half hour.

About what you would expect from a chopt. If you've not been to chopt before, it's a pretty good lunch spot. They have salad as well as wraps and the like. The service is pretty fast at this location, and I would say pretty well organized. I always get through the line, which is usually very long, and an out the door within 10 min. The staff is friendly and polite, I've never had a negative experience here.
