Chopt Creative Salad Co.

Had the Harvest warm bowl. Very good! A little bland, but very filling and the lemon vinaigrette was very tasty. The chicken was tender, meaty, and seasoned well. Would like more sweet potatoes next time I order from Chopt again.

I love Chopt! Their salads are so delicious and the service is always so quick! They make waiting in line super efficient.

Love this place. Great selection, pretty quick service and yummy salads. Come before 11:30 am or order online to beat the lunchtime rush!

I went to Chopt today for lunch, and I discovered a bug in my salad. The server Taunja was not apologetic at all. I will NEVER eat from this place again.

This is my go to lunch spot. I give it this rating because they always have huge lines around lunch time but you spend no more than 15 minutes in there max. They give you good salads with high quality ingredients, locally sourced if you're into that kinda thing. Never seen any attitude from anyone working there which means they gotta be doing something right. I get the Kale Caesar most of the time, plus hearts of palm. Always good.

I love the salads here but please be cautious if you are vegetarian. They have put chicken in my salad twice in salads that don’t even have any meat included in the ingredients - for example the kale Caesar when i never asked for any. Had to throw the salad away both times. Don’t think I will be going anymore.

I'm okay with delivery estimates being a little off during peak order times, but these guys were about forty minutes late and didn't update me even once. When I called to ask about the delivery, they didn't seem to be too concerned about it. The salad I ordered was pretty good--not as good as Verde, but okay. The kicker,though, was when I got to the bottom of the salad bowl and found hairs in it. It was disgusting. I wish I'd paid attention to the other reviewers who said the place wasn't clean. The other locations may be okay, but I will never order from this one again.

I ordered online and . . . 1. They don't tell you whether or not the dressing is spicy. I ordered Lonestar Ranch. Ranch is pretty mild so I assumed this was too. I can't eat it. 2. Look at the pictures, the chicken and lettuce was not chopped right. 3. Look at how much little chicken I got. So sad and so EXPENSIVE.

My boyfriend and I just ordered from this location today and had a very lackluster experience. My boyfriend placed an order at 6:10 after spending roughly 10 minutes being directed back and forth between multiple Chop't franchises that deliver. The workers seemed almost disgruntled that we were ordering delivery. After an entire hour had passed our food had not arrived so we called the store, only to hear from one of the workers that the delivery guy had left "about 20 minutes ago" meaning that it took roughly 40 minutes to make two salads. A few minutes later the delivery guy calls asking us for our "real address." When the salads arrived an -hour and a half- after the order had been placed, we realized they were plain bad. My salad was under dressed and poorly chopped, with disproportionate slices of carrots and nearly whole cherry tomatoes, and my boyfriend's bowl was literally half empty. We've eaten at Chop't before including this location and have never had an experience like this. This seriously compromises our coming back to other franchises and especially this one. Overall, poor service and poor food.
