Kirsten Herzer is hands down the best medical practitioner I have ever had. She is so thoughtful and caring and really makes sure to take the time to address all of your concerns diligently. The entire staff is very friendly and makes you feel very welcome. I highly recommend CHPG Primary Care Highlands!
Highly recommend this office and especially my nurse practitioner, Kirsten Herzer. Especially focused on mental health as much as your physical health which is so important! A very comforting and pleasant experience getting to know one another. 10/10. Happy to have found my new caregiver!

Kirsten, Dr. Crowley, Dr. Yerelian, Char, and the front desk staff are amazing! I have been a patient for over four years and highly recommend. They are caring, listen to all of my concerns, and very empathetic. Not to mention they have always fit me in as an emergency when I am desperate for care.
