Chrisman Framing

Chrisman Framing is a first class, locally owned framing shop with options spanning the framing world gamut. I recently had four photographic prints framed in museum quality materials. As a photographer I want my framed large scale images to reflect the quality of the image in a complementary frame which enhances and does not distract from the photographic art. Lisa's work shows attention to detail and exacting standards achieving the end result I was expecting. Absolutely amazing work. They have tons and tons of options to choose from. Their friendly and knowledgeable staff made this project unbelievably easy. We originally walked in with a fairly large painting rolled up in a tube. They spent as much time as we needed to sample different frames before choosing. When we came in to pick it up we were amazed by the quality of work they provided. They boxed in the canvas and then framed it. Corners were absolutely flawless, clean black matting on the back side complete with attached cable and all the hardware to hang on the wall. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone that is looking for top shelf professional quality work. Hands down 5 stars.

I was a little concerned about the extra expense of working with a local shop, and I'm glad I ended up working with Chrisman Framing! Lisa I think it was Lisa was very patient as I hummed and hawed through the process of choosing the framing and matting. Then, when the framing real, polished wood came in darker than the sample, she called me to come back and approve. The end result was worthy of the occasion: a splendid frame for a wedding memento. I'm very glad that I worked with Chrisman Framing! Great service and value.

Great Framing Store. Over the years I have had a number of things framed at different places around town. These folks are a cut above. They framed a tapestry I got in Laos- unusual dimension and challenge with handing it in a way which emphasized its form. They did a great job.

Just picked up the second picture I had framed at Chrisman Framing and they did a fabulous job. Very professional. I will be back for more.

They are local not corporate and they actually have been a part if Portland for sometime now I found out. Anyways if your like me, I like to use local businesses whenever possible. Frames look wonderful!

This frame shop does absolutely amazing work. I think this is the third time I have used Chrisman and never a let down.

So I have used the Burnside location before and then we moved and low and behold there is a Chrisman framing near us in Sellwood. Can't express the thanks enough for the excellent framing we have had done here.
