The customer service here is OUTSTANDING! We were stranded on the way to a family vacation in Colorado and they were the only company willing to work us in given the circumstances. Thankfully we got a rental car and able to continue while they worked on our car. The service manager called me every day to update me and tell me the research he was doing to ensure the problem was fixed because of course it wasn’t an expected problem given the age of the car. When they finished, he test drove our car several times and went further than normal to ensure a safe drive home. He seemed genuinely concerned about our safety and the car working properly for the 10 hour drive home. What a blessing to find Christian Brothers! We can’t thank them enough for fixing our car and getting us back home on time.

I had to get the alternator replaced for my sons minivan. The guys were courteous, gave me an estimate promptly. The work was done very quickly. My battery got fried when the alternator went out and since it was under warranty, they actually let me come back to pick it up and get it swapped out without any fuss. It saved me some money. We took the car in for a routine alignment. Scheduling the appointment was easy. My wife waited while they completed the work and she said it was a pleasant experience. Right before noon I got a text that the work was done and went to the service desk to pick it up and they said the mechanic was doing a test drive and it should be a few minutes. Well 25 minutes later the car shows up. This felt pretty excessive. Then I got in the car and the radio was blasting. They mechanic either went for a joy ride or went out to pick up lunch. I was totally satisfied with my service. My steering had locked and was towed to their shop by AAA. They kept in good contact with me during the process. All of their staff are pleasant and friendly. My van is driving wonderfully. I definitely will return to them for car repairs and recommend them.

At first I was not so sure because the person checking me in was not all that friendly. I felt like it was because I had a coupon for a free oil change and was considered not a real customer. The truth is I am looking for a good dependable mechanic service to have in Albuquerque. Luckily there were other employees who made me feel more welcome. I'd been experiencing a traction/abs issue for months, but the code would reset when the car was turned off. The shop couldn't replicate the issue. I asked if they would be willing to look at my vehicle when the code was activated, even if I didn't have an appointment? They said of course! It took about 6 weeks for me to get the code to activate, and I brought the Jeep right over to the shop without having an appointment. A technician came out and read the code within 10 minutes, so we were able to diagnose a possible problem. I set an appointment for them to investigate further and get a part number. An hour later they called me back and said that they were able to fix the problem without replacing any parts and they didn't even charge me labor! Thanks Christian Brothers and specifically Scott! Came in for a vehicle inspection and an oil change, as I hadn’t had my vehicle checked out by a professional in over a year. CB provided a very thorough inspection report of my vehicle, with photos to back up all of their observations. They didn’t try to charge me for anything unnecessary, and gave me reasonable estimates for work I will need to have done in the future to keep my vehicle running smoothly.
