Ralph was our salesperson and he was not only great at his job and very knowledgeable but friendly, kind and had a great sense of humor. The whole process went quickly and smoothly. We are very happy with our new Audi and will recommend anyone looking for a new car to consider Audi of Albuquerque.
One of the worst luxury car buying experiences I have had. The finance department at this dealership needs a whole revamp. Both people in the finance department don’t know what they are doing. Had to go in 4 times to sign the same paperwork. I have dealt with many luxury dealerships around the country but never had this experience. And instead of apologizing for the mistake which they repeated four times they become confrontational and extremely rude. The lady in the finance department showed us a horrible attitude! Zero customer service and respect. The salesman was more interested in talking about his personal life and asking about ours rather than telling us about the cars. Buying a car from this place was a mistake and too much hassle. Don’t recommend at all.
Update: I was able to get into contact with the manager and he was able to speak to Chris and make things better. Roberto is very kind and helpful. He assured me that what happened below is not the norm for them. This review is meant exclusively for the Audi service department. I called to schedule an appointment for my car. Chris was the gentleman that answered the phone. The entire conversation Chris had a very poor attitude and was very irritable. He was condescending and rude. I left a voicemail for the manager to call me back to address the issue and I have not received a call back. Service here is expensive which I do not mind but I expect to be treated with respect. If I could give zero stars I would.
The Audi service department has had my A4 for a week. They have been supposedly trying to get in contact with warranty for that entire week. I was finally able to get a hold of a sales rep who told me they were waiting on parts. However, I haven't even heard if it's covered by warranty and I have not authorized any repairs. I've called multiple times every day for the last week and people there have "left notes" for my service advisor and yet still nothing. I have no idea what's going on with my car. No one there will provide any information and I have no way to get any information except to drive the 20 minutes up there to get someone to answer a question. This is the worst service experience I've ever had in an Audi dealership and really speaks to the major difference of this dealership to other Audi dealerships. I will not be going here again despite it being one of the better options to get my Audi repaired. I will find someone else that actually cares about helping their customers.
I will never buy from Audi again. The only good thing I have to say about my experience is my salesman, David Sierra. Great man. The finance manager Dana was horrible. He didn’t provide me any information on the banks he dinged 9 banks. When I tried to ask questions it seemed I was bothering him. I sent him emails and he didn’t respond to any. I purchased my A5 back on May 6, 2022 and todays date is August 5, 2022 and I still have not received my license plate. I actually just got off the phone with DMV and was told that Audi was sent my plate back in July and it was never mailed to me like they said it would be. For the amount of money we spend with them, you would think better communication/customer service was provided.
My experience with Audi Albuquerque was fantastic. I traveled from Oregon to Albuquerque to buy a very specific car. My sales consultant Amy Smith was very professional and knowledgeable from the very first phone conversation. She made the whole experience very pleasant from beginning to end. Even her colleagues were very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend Audi of Alb. to anyone looking to buy a new car, and look forward to purchasing from there in the future.
I’ve had my vehicle in for service for almost a week. After calling 8 plus times. I still have no clue what’s going on. No one can call me back and the service advisor is worthless. Vehicle has extended coverage with Audi USA and TDI Emissions. I’ll be having to fix it myself and file a claim with Audi North America and Audi Diesel warranty for reimbursement. Not to mention per TDI settlement if the repair takes over 4 hours I’m obligated a loaner car. This was for a simple sensor replacement that takes 30 minutes to replace and is very clearly covered. As a small business owner I hate having to write this but when the “High” end dealer gives this bad of service someone higher up needs to take notice. Not to mention when I called someone had the nerve to say “You are lucky it’s only been a week, we have a guy who’s had his car here a month” Very unprofessional.
I have owned a Porsche and 7 Audi’s over 56 years. The service department at Albuquerque Audi is the worst experience I’ve ever had. In fact, I never had a bad experience until using Albuquerque Audi. I love Audi cars but if I buy another car and Audi Albuquerque is my only choice in New Mexico, I’ll probably switch to BMW. OR, go to another state. What an incredibly worthless dealership!
The auto service department and dealership are horrible. Their services are super over priced. Don't take you car there. They even charge $79.99 to reset the maintenance timer which it takes 5 seconds to do. I have done it before. Overall, they tried to charge me over $250 for an OIL CHANGE. Don't take it there, you will be ripped off.
Needed to drop my car off at Audi for maintenance and a new windshield. Saturday 10:00 a.m. We were told to wait until Monday. Would not allow us to even drop the car off. I see the reviews for this location are correct.
