After an 8 month wait I picked up my beautiful RAV4 XSE Hybrid!! Miguel Solis was my Sales Rep. He was awesome to work with! Miguel was professional, polite and kept me informed of everything throughout the process. I love my new Toyota, and I highly recommend working with Miguel to anyone who wants a quality Sales Rep!!

Been going here for a while and after an oil change Toyota didn't put one of the bolts back in for the skid plate. It took a couple days to realize because I cannot see the skid plate when driving. When I notified them of their mistake they said "The skid plate has bent too much and we don't have the bolt anyways so we can't and do anything." They screwed up and were not willing to fix their screw up. Update: It did take a while and a little persistence, but the skid plate has been repaired. Thank you.

These guys are great! At the moment, one of the only places you can go who hasn’t marked up the prices on new vehicles. Raul C. helped us order and purchase our vehicle. He was awesome! Extremely polite, understanding, and thorough. Very compassionate and genuinely cares for his customers. John B was our finance manager. He was super nice. John was also extremely knowledgeable. Not pushy at all. Definitely not the experience you get at most dealerships. These guys do it the right way. I would recommend them to anyone I know!

Every place I go these days has long waits due to everyone being short staffed and over burdened- I can't say it's different here but the quality of service and the level of professionalism here stands above all the others. Dave Carrell was the service advisor I was working with. He is an outstanding service advisor. He knows all the ins and outs of his department as well as the vehicles. He was honest and transparent about what my vehicle needed and the cost it was going to be. I was told up front how long the wait would be so I was able to plan around it. The guys were working tirelessly to accommodate everyone and returned my Taco in top shape. She's running beautifully and happy. Knowing the Toyota care will return the longevity of my vehicle and that if I have an issue, these guys will be here to help me through it brings peace of mind and satisfaction of continuing business with Toyota. In the past, I’ve always felt pressured by car salesmen to buy the car so I can hurry up and get out of their hair. Not at Larry H. Miller, though. The last two times I’ve done business at LHM, I’ve worked with Ryan Kocher. Ryan is the most professional, knowledgeable, and consistent car salesman that I’ve EVER worked with. He helped me find a gorgeous Hybrid RAV4 XLE that was being built and it was honestly better than anything I was even looking at initially. I fell in love with the car instantly. Once we placed the hold on the car and we were waiting for it to come in, he never shut off his line of communication with me. He was updating me about my car’s status every chance he got. When the car arrived he gave me a call to let me know it was there and we set up an appointment for that very afternoon for me to come in and start the car trade in process. I highly recommend working with Ryan when purchasing or trading in a vehicle. He will go above and beyond for you and will help you find your dream car. I wish I could rate higher than 5 stars just due to the excellent customer experience that I received.

The Larry H Miller Toyota staff is super awesome. My family and got 3 vehicles from there. The 3 times we purchased a vehicle they treated us with kindness. They are very helpful and well do extra to get a good deal for you. They even explain all the features you have in your new vehicle. The manager also came out to see if we had a good experience and see if we had any questions.

It’s always a great experience going in for service on my Truck. Got there early and was told it could be up to a 2 hour wait until the service is done because of their new safety check. My manager Stormy assured me they would do their best to get me on the way quickly. Was out in a hours time and Stormy explained everything to me what was done and never tried to sell me anything just explain what was recommended. Great experience!!
