We just bought the Fiat 500X at Fiat of Albuquerque and it was a fantastic buying experience! The car is stunning in yellow and came fully loaded with many amazing features! Our salesman, James made us a terrific deal which was handled solely over the phone! Gone are the days of haggling and hassling with paperwork all day! We drove from Abiquiu, New Mexico 2 hours to the dealership to pick our car and we were there for an 1.5 hrs test driving, pairing the iPhone and signing the contract. Easy-Peasy! Everyone we met: James in Sales, Vicki in Internet Sales and Bill in Financing were delightful! Couldn't be more happy! La Dolce Vita Fiat! Teri & Max
No help at all. The car does not come with a spare and it's your responsibility to replace it if it has the need for one. The first should be free and come with the warranty. And this car is not warranted fully either, so check with the contract. This Car will be traded in for another in the near future!!!!

The service center is full of incompetent workers. From the front desk to Tom Malloy, himself. A car was dropped off at 10am on a Wednesday, was quoted a day and a half for repairs... No call Thursday, Friday, or Saturday. I called Monday and was told a wheel bearing must be fixed... Also quoted a day and a half again. No call Tuesday or Wednesday. I called on Wednesday... Talked to Steven and Tom Malloy... Car won't be done until MAYBE after 5pm. Tom Malloy could offer nothing more but empty "sorries" and still not guarantee the car will be done at 5pm. They don't even have an answer as to why someone wasn't calling and updating customers about their service repairs. GOOD LUCK!
Great service and support. I purchased a 500L and unfortunately the car was totalled...Dennis and staff got me back on the road with a new 500x and I love it...thanks for all the hard work...
James, Vicki and Matt did a great job of finding me a car that fit my situation and did it without making me play the "buying a car" game.
