Very helpful cashier but it did take a minute for anyone to say anything to us. Also, the inventory process is quite nauseating. I can see why employees didn’t really want to be there because the constant beeping from all the scanners.

Bill romo told me the restrooms weren’t open to the public!! Do not recommend…

These guys really understand what costumer service means. I almost never asked for help, because the front desk employees usually don't care if they have the part that you are looking for, and they just say, "I'm sorry, we don't have it". But in this place, they really pay attention of what you need. They quickly asked me what I was looking for, and they solved my problem fast and with a good alternative. Highly recommended, I will definitely be back next time.

Went to NAPA on San Mateo. I offered to give the guy my information for the part I needed which was a lift shock for the rear window which he declined. He said he needed the size but did not offer to help me measure it after I came back with the measurements he stated to me he could not touch the vehicle which I find hard to understand. He didn’t have to go inside my vehicle. Went to Auto Zone and had much better service the employee was willing to help me and call other store for what I needed. Very disappointed with NAPA

You have a very friendly, Knowledgeable and professional crew at this store. Pablo and Anna were extremely understanding and helpful with a on-line purchase that I needed to return. I nominate Pablo and Anna Employees of the Month!
