Eddie and Diego tried to help me with a battery for my chevy. They weren't able to do it because of fuses on battery a stop/start feature. But they helped me find a place to get me on my way. Thanks guys very polite and handsome!
Came to get a replacement tail light bulb. Alex was so knowledgeable and even helped me install! I am so grateful for his help. I totally recommend OReillys for all auto-related projects!
Great Customer Service from Eddie! he is the store manager and this store was super clean and stocked up! I love coming to this location they are always super helpful and knowledgeable about their job!!!
Was able to replace my spent turn signal with upgraded led units. And installed it for me at no charge.
They had adapters for my trailer/truck in stock I was pleased to find the one I needed and other options
Bought windshield wipers for my moms jeep, Diego helped install them and even helped exchanging the rear windshield wiper we previously bought that was wrong. Excellent service!
Getting good service is a hit and miss proposition at O'Reilly at this location. Sometimes they know what they are doing, but other times they are clueless. I called ahead to make sure that they still check codes for check engine lights and was assured that they do. I arrived when no other customer was in the store. Requested help from the man with a beard and was told that he would not help me because he was alone and that there was another man in the store who he would help instead. A female clerk arrived and the bearded man did not suggest she help me, because there were now two men in the store who he wanted to help. Finally, after waiting for 10 minutes, the female clerk asked if she could help me and I told her. She immediately went out and checked my car's codes while the bearded clerk waited on the men who entered the store after me. Too bad. I had a number of large purchases I was going to make, but the undershades of sexism in the store drove me up the street to Manny, Moe, and Jack's place.
Working with Adam, Diego and Espi is always a pleasure. Very knowledgeable crew at this location
Traveling across country, I decided my brakes needed service. I called ahead to get the parts I needed on order because I knew I’d be staying in Albuquerque for the night. The parts were ready when we arrived and Wendell was very helpful finding the tools I would need to replace the front pads and rotors. I was done with the job in about an hour and was able to continue the trip safely.
Staff was very friendly. Not exactly wheelchair friendly. It was the only business I visited today that held the door open for a wheelchair. Wendell was awesome and deserves a raise.
