Everyone always complains that these guys never answer the phones and that’s true! Forget about calling them you have to go there. But I had a great experience after being on site. The sales guy came out, inspected my vehicle and got me hooked up with exactly what I needed. It’s a great place they even warranty their work. I will be going back again and again. It’s certainly a much better off-road shop, then other places in Albuquerque.
Great selection of parts but you have to go in person to talk to them. They never answer their phones, it's been that way for years. Everytime I try to reach them I end up calling multiple times in a row until someone gets annoyed, picks up, and slams the phone down. You can email them also, but the reply time is almost a week last time I tried.
11/10 stars! We went in for the first time today and quickly became overwhelmed. Phillip was very helpful! He offered several suggestions and a direction to start. We will definitely be back!
Nice 4x4 shop to have in Albuquerque, the tire prices are competitive they were actually cheaper then discount tire for 35" bfg's and I really like pro comp rims which they had in stock. Big tires cost big money so any savings is great.
Phillip went above and beyond to locate a hardtop for my Jeep when the original order was considerably delayed by the manufacturer. Phillip checked other states' inventory and was able to locate a hardtop for me, just in time, before winter. Thank you Phillip!
Cashier was informative but unfriendly. They wanted to charge me two thousand dollars for a simple leveling kit shock absorbers, torsion keys, and an alignment.
Store don’t even deserve one store. After two weeks, they never got back to me on an estimate. I walked into the store, and the employee was very rude. They obviously don’t need any other business so don’t go there!
I couldn't be happier with my experiences at 4WP! Just had my TJ lifted by them and they did an excellent job. Jeep rides and looks great! Kanyon went above and beyond my expectations each step of the way! A huge thank you to him as well as each of the techs who had a hand in this project! :
If I have a truck/SUV with any modifications come through my shop for repair, this is the place I go to get those hard to find parts. Unfortunately they never answer the phone. I just have to call every 10-15 minutes throughout the day and keep my fingers crossed someone will pick up the phone. I cant afford to send an employee to your shop only to find out my parts aren't there and it was a wasted trip. To top it all off, I have a customer here who wants their truck back, and all I can do is shrug my shoulders and say "I don't know where your parts are." Not a great look for either of us...
