Annette in sales and Andy in finance were great. Best buying experience I've ever had, and I've had many. The team in the back were hustlers too. Truck was washed and detailed before we were even finished financing. I'm a Galles guy from now on.

I was ready for a newer vehicle and found the vehicle I wanted online. I went in to test drive and all checked out on the test drive. I went back and worked everything out with Conner and Lorenzo. All wasn't settled and I had to go back in to clarify something with financing a few days later and Lorenzo and J.R. took care of me! I am forever grateful!! I was able to drive away with my vehicle. My entire experience was the best experience I've had in purchasing a vehicle. Galles will definitely be a place i would recommend and would also do business again! Love our ride!!!

This was the easiest dealership I have worked with. I was in and out in 2 hours. Conner was efficient but also made sure that everything was covered at the best price in town. I recommended anyone to go see Conner he is the best! He is amazing and makes the process really smooth. He goes above and beyond for his customers and tries to help as much as possible. I’m always hesitant to write reviews because something always goes wrong after a good one, but I couldn’t help myself. Went in looking for a new car and found myself working with Tommy. I have to say probably one of the best car sale experiences I’ve had. He made the entire process super easy and understandable and his knowledge about all of the vehicles I asked about was unmatched by any other salesman I’ve talked too. I can definitely say he more than earned any future car sales I may need in the future as well as my recommendation to those I know. Can’t thank him and Galles enough for helping me find a car me and my kids love!

When I scheduled the appointment They stated that I needed to buy a part which I did and that it would be fixed that same day of my appointment.I get there and I'm told that they can't fix it that day and that it would be 5 days that my car would be there I explained I couldn't do that I have to work I was told by the front desk that scheduled the appointment it would be fixed same day. so I spoke to the service manager and and he was able to accommodate me he was amazing and has great customer etiquette. The people who make the appointments need to be more aware when Scheduling appointments, That they don't give miss information.

Your staff was excellent. Not being allowed to make an appointment made an oil change an all day event. I will not be going back for an oil change again. I called to make an appointment and was told that appointments were not allowed for oil changes. I drove in from Santa Fe and arrived to be told it was a 3 hour wait actually 3 ½ hours. With the one hour drive each way from Santa Fe, a $20 lunch, it adds to 5 ½ hours for an oil change. Not again!

Purchased a used 2021 Suburban in Texas. Halfway driving it back to Vegas engine failed. Luckily I was not too far from Galles Chevrolet after an hour checked up was told some engine parts need to be replaced. Everything still under factory warranty. They even helped to offer the Chevrolet reunited program to sent the car to Vegas when all work was done. The service manager Leonard was super helpful the whole process. Overall it was great experience to have my car service there.

Galles really helped us out and got us the car we wanted. I called them and was put into contact with Cippy. He answered my questions and was helpful as well as polite and patient. The buying process was easy and they helped us get in and out quickly because I had to pick my son up from school. Thank you guys again for helping us with our great new car.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by a a young lady, who was very kind, generous and witty. She made me fill welcome and humored me with my crazy sense of humor. Throughout the time that I we were there, waiting for our vehicle, she came by and check on us. All the way to the end, she followed us out to our vehicle and I really appreciated that type of services. Of all the times I have gone, don't get me wrong, the service people are there but this one, went out of her way to make my day and Thank you.
