Southwest Collision Craftsmen

The work that is done by these guys is pretty amazing. Although when they used to be in the S.E side of town in their smaller shop it was a whole different experience. Now they've grown and expanded congratulations but the experience and lead time just isn't the same anymore. Customer serive is mediocre depending on who you talk to. But the work is great I can at least say that.

Everyone I encountered from front desk to random workers were attentive and pleasant. Oh yes we loved the paint job. Kurt was our point person and work was excellent.

What an AMAZING repair shop. Probably the first and only time I've ever said that, but it is so true! All the work is warrantied, the shop in centrally located in Albuquerque, and the work they do is top notch. I recently got my car back, and not only was it fixed, it was detailed too! Very, very friendly people, you can tell they care a lot about the customer. I had a lot of contact with Rita and Manny in particular; wonderful people! Before and after pics!

Everyone at Southwest collision was very nice and helpful when I came to them for my car repair after being hit while parked at Los Alamos. Their initial estimate was accurate and the repair excellent and done within the promised timeframe. Really hard to find this kind of service anymore, thanks to everyone at SW Collision!
