I had a lift kit and tires installed recently. John, Brad and installer Chris were phenomenal! They answered all my questions and addressed my concerns right from the beginning when I scheduled my appointment. I couldn't have asked for better customer service! Highly recommended!

They transferred my liftgate from my old F – 150 to my brand new one. The work was completed on schedule and they made the old lift look brand new. I found the pricing to be much better than the other custom truck providers. Highly recommend these guys.

My family and myself have always gone to Trucks Unique for our after market needs like steps, bed covers, back racks and tool boxes. I went in yesterday to make sure my bed cover was safe for making a long distance trip after a friend had taken it off/put it back on. Their installer Matt took it to the back and made sure it was secure and safe at no cost. Trucks Unique did such a great job on my Yukon, that I took my 2021 Jeep in and had them install new LED headlights. We’ve had 8 vehicles worked on by Trucks Unique over the years and they have always done fine work.

Great experience! I ordered a tunnau cover on July 5th holiday weekend.Came in on the following Tuesday, installed Wednesday and only had my truck for under 3 hours. Looks and works great! A young man, Dickson, processed my invoice and my credit card, then took me to my truck to show me how the new cover works. He was quite knowledgeable, very polite, spoke professionally and was very pleasant. I asked him his advice on running boards and again was very knowledgeable. Truck Unique do not care about their Customers. I scheduled an Airlift work on my truck. They asked me to be there at 9am which I did. I asked them at what time I could pickup my truck. Their answer was 5pm. I asked why. It is a 1 hour job. Air line and compressor are already in place. Easy job. Only to switch from one old pair to a new system. They said 5 pm twice. So I said. “I’m coming from far away … so can I just use my truck during the time you do not need it to the time you asked me to bring it. You should know what your specialist crew as prior mine …. They said no again. 5 it is. If you do not leave your truck now …. Which I understood that they were not going to do my truck until 3pm we will not doing it today. 5:05 pm. And I’m still waiting. They do not care about their customers. They didn’t care that I had to take a day off to get this done. They didn’t care that i had to wait all day for my truck. Find an other place to get your work done. They were not nice either. Very pretentious people like they own you and your time. Bad experience

Chris was very helpful and knowledgeable help us get out truck looking how we wanted. Work was done very quickly and with care. highly recommended!

Called and spoke to Chris who was so helpful in ordering my RC lights and very patient with all the questions thrown at him. Chris thank you and to the technician that did the install thank you.
